"1. there was trash on the floor when I arrived ( this wasn't a big deal to me. It was just a drink cover & something else near the wastebasket ,& an old kleenex sorta behind the chair). 2. breakfast/food was ok, but certainly not great. FAKE eggs were terrible, just use real eggs or nothing ! toaster is across the room from bread ... it was the second morning I was there before I even noticed it. No real fruit available. yes , there were some tired apples & oranges in a bowl ... again ,...

"The staff is so nice rooms are so clean"

"Smoky but to be expected I guess for a casino. Smelled like a bowling alley when we walked in. But the restaurants and sports bar were non smoking so that was a plus."

"The place was kinda dingy. My door moved Everytime some closed their door. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay there a second time."

"Very awesome place very clean."

"When we arrived no soap in room. Light bulbs out. Batteries low in remote so you had to stand in front of television to operate. Called housekeeping for new towels. They didn't knock. The towel were left hanging on door. Double charged for room. Paid expedia and hotel also charged my card. Poor customer service."

"With the pool was open, that ruined my trip"

"Clean room. Good breakfast. Elevator button did not work. Had to use stairs up to 3rd floor."

"The hotel did disappoint. There was no hot water and no internet! Additionally, the room was quite dark and dingy, with only two lamps in the room, neither of which were bright. We had trouble looking through suitcases in the almost dark room! The hotel outside and lobby are so nice I couldn't believe that the room was so below expectations. Would not recommend. Staff were very friendly though. Food choices at night were limited and overpriced."

"Service is so good and the room very clean and comfortable. Restrooms very clean and restaurant foods are very yummy!!!"

"Great hotel"

"Good stay"

"It's a clean room, not quite show. It's the breakfast. The people at the front desk were awesome. Everything was enjoyable, quiet & very relaxing,"
