"I absolutely loved this hotel and the location! The staff was always very kind and very accommodating.
I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, it was well-maintained and everything was always fresh. I loved the hotel room. I only wish there was air-conditioning but other than that everything was great."

"Location was perfect for Tamworth Town, as soon as I arrive quite late in the evening I was greeted by a friendly smile and the WIFI code was given to me as a priority, perfect no one want to hunt or ask for the code.
Keys were explained for access, I decided to have a pint or two before bed, the locals in the bar were extremely friendly and included me in their conversations, made me feel very welcome. Room was clean, bed was very comfy, slept like a log, Bathroom was sparkling, shower nice...

Room was comfortable but some food crumbs on carpet suggests that it had not been cleaned properly after the last guest was in.
Arrived for breakfast just before the end of time. I felt a bit hurried as the staff were removing most items even though there were other guests still in the breakfast room. I didn't have any other meals at the hotel and didn't need any parking."

"The grounds are really lovely. The sauna was nice but the pool was far too busy and looked unclean. I did not go into it.
Breakfast was fresh coffee was lovely and hot.
Evening meals were cold and had to send it back a few times. Also they got it wrong. But it was replaced as soon as it was mentioned.
Check out is far to early and does not make sense for breakfast to finish at 11 and checkout especially on a weekend.
