"The location was easy to find and the self-checkin process was clearly communicated and accurate. The rooms were spacious. It was an easy walk from the station and to the castle.
We were told the front room might be noisy because it faces the shopping street, but it was quiet mid-week by 9:00 and stayed that way until well into the morning. The bedding was nice and we had the best sleeps of our whole trip.
One toilet room was very small but we had rented both rooms and found the other to be...

"宿の玄関を開けると冷房を入れてくれていたので、すごく涼しく快適でした。
10人で泊まりましたが、とても広くてゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。
子どもも大人も大はしゃぎでルームツアーを楽しみました。
2階の寝室は4部屋に分かれ、プライベート空間を保つことができました。
立地が良く姫路城がすぐ近くで見られるので、夜のライトアップは幻想的で色が変わるところも見られました。
近くに広場もあるので、朝は散歩をしました。
オーナーさんは、すぐに連絡をくださり対応も早かったです。
家族で素敵な思い出ができました。

"Tatsuno is a charming, former samurai town that is easily explored on foot. We were in the area to visit the Hijemi Castle, and were very happy to be in Tatsuno, away from the bustle of tourists.
The machiya is large, beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable...we could spread out and relax. We loved our short stay in the refurbished traditional home. "新しいこともありとても綺麗でしたが、お夕飯の予約が取れず、周りにもあまり食事できる場所がなく、あっても当日はどこも入れずでした。宿泊者がみんな夕飯がホテルで取れるよう配慮して欲しいです。"

"清掃は行き届いていたが、キャンセルポリシーが厳しく、連絡も不便であった。人数変更で追加を支払ったが、タオルの数は変更前のものであり、Wi-Fiは変更されていたがマニュアルに反映されていないようであった。 備品についてももう少し詳細が分かれば良いと思った。"

"チェックインはスムーズに出来ました。
大人5人での利用でしたが、定員ギリギリで過ごす場合、寝室が少し狭く感じるかもしれません。
電気グリルを使ってみんなでBBQを楽しめたり、テレビやプロジェクターテレビで室内で楽しめたり、備品もある程度揃っており、十分快適に過ごせました。"
