Very spacious 1,550 sq ft one story, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo that has a lot to offer for your vacation to Hilton Head Island! Reserved and unreserved parking spots right outside the door with easy access to unload to start your vacation stress free! Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.
This ideal condo is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza, famous Tiki Bar, Celebration Park that hosts music events throughout the season, the Sandbox Interactive Children's Museum and a huge pirate ship playground! Short drive to the many beautiful golf courses. Fun for all ages!

As you enter this beautiful condo you are greeted with an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats a table for six and a kitchen bar with seating for four. The living room area is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and 60' TV. The slider door off the living room leads out to the patio that is steps away to the community pool! The pool has a 1 ft kiddie pool. Main pool is 3ft to 8ft for the kids that love to jump right in! The patio has a table and chairs for 8 people to relax.

This one-story condo sleeps nine guests between three bedrooms each configured with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king size beds and cable TV. The third bedroom is appointed with a queen and a twin bed and cable TV. Living room has a queen sofa sleeper.

The FREE Breeze Trolley Service has a stop right outside the community steps away from the condo.

Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats or golf carts are allowed on property. A complete list of rules are posted inside the villa.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
The condo was clean and spacious. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms were very nice. The location was great. The pool was very nice. My only complaint was we didn't have a pool pass. You need a card to swipe at the gate to get in the pool. I called the number given and it took a few days to get a pool card. Im not sure who was at fault but it was frustrating at the time because other guests had to open the gate for us and some didnt seem to want to.... Overall i think the condo was very nice. We had a great time.
