  • Esta villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra justo al lado del campo de prácticas y la casa club Robert Trent Jones, ¡y también está a solo unos pasos de la piscina! Cuando ingrese, será recibido con hermosos pisos de madera en toda la villa. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y está bien equipada para satisfacer las necesidades de cocina de su familia o grupo. Hay asientos para cuatro personas en la barra y el comedor tiene capacidad para seis. La sala de estar se ha actualizado con un televisor de pantalla plana y una decoración de pared a pared que te hace sentir como en casa en la playa. El dormitorio principal contiene una cama King, TV de pantalla plana, acceso al patio privado y su propio baño principal en suite. El baño principal tiene un tocador de granito y una cabina de ducha con azulejos. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama doble y baño en suite también. El baño de invitados tiene un tocador de granito y una combinación de bañera y ducha con azulejos. Las habitaciones Master y Guest tienen camas ajustables mediante control remoto. ¡Hay un colchón de aire Queen adicional ubicado en el armario del pasillo también! Afuera en su patio privado tendrá capacidad para seis personas en su mesa de comedor al aire libre junto con una parrilla de propano y algunas de las mejores vistas del campo de golf Robert Trent Jones. Puede caminar fácilmente hasta el campo de golf RTJ, el restaurante Big Jim's, la tienda general, la instalación principal de tenis o el restaurante Alexander's. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la playa en coche, a un corto paseo en bicicleta o llamando al servicio de temporada Dunes Buggy on demand. ¡Sé el primero en disfrutar de esta maravillosa villa actualizada en la playa!

First Time Hilton Head Visitors

The location was perfect especially after we drove around the island one day and realized that other locations are heavy with traffic. We loved Dunes Grill and being able to walk to the store, beach, etc. The beds were comfortable too!

Decent resort for group of guys

Reviewer Comments: The 2BR Queens Grant villas are good for groups of guys needing their own bedrooms and bathrooms. However, make sure you don’t get a villa abutting the golf course as they start cutting the grass at 5 AM which woke me up every morning.The three golf courses have decent layouts but the fairways on the Fazio course were in poor condition compared with the other courses. Also, the Fazio course has no driving range making warm up impractical before the round.Breakfast at the courses was so limited I would avoid going there again. However, just outside the resort there are good alternative for breakfast.

The unit is spacious and has been modernized throughout. The kitchen is especially spacious and filled with all the appliances that you need. The location of the villa is useful to those that want to play pickleball or use the driving range. Both are within a 5 minute stroll, along with the general store, two restaurants, and the bike/kayak rental store.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, spacious villa in great location. Very comfortable except bed linens did not fit the mattress so it was a mess every morning and uncomfortable. Have stayed many times in a property like this all over the USA but this was the first time that only provided bare bones starter kit with no option to buy more toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Did not expect 2 rolls of TP and 2 dishwasher pods for a 15 day stay. Very disappointing feature of the property mgmt

Stores and restaurants are marked but entrance to same are not. One sees destination, passes it, turns around and goes back just to find entrance obscured.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location of the rental was great. We were able to walk and bike to the beach and other parts of HHI. The unit itself was ok. The kitchen was as pictured, appliances in working order plus it was relatively clean. Our issues were with the furniture which were white and stained, therefore we put blankets down to sit in the evening. The bed was not good. Mattress was not good nor were the quality of the sheets. We understand that this is a rental but the sheets were so thin. In general, the unit could use a good cleaning...the floors should be washed. We really liked the location and would probably pick a different unit to rent next time.

The kitchen is large and well stocked. We spend the winter in Hilton Head This unit was very clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach

Excellant location and updated beautiful condo

We own several rental properties and have not been able to find a property that holds a candle to ours until this one. Very well updated, decorated and comfortable. Only suggestion we would offer is t ok supply more wash cloths, towels. Also would have been nice to have had wine glasses. We would definitely rent again. Stay was wonderful!
