Waterfront View Perfect for Fun Loving Families!

There are not many places like this home that are less then a 10 minute walk to the beach that have a pool, and is situated on a lake. We have games and activities for all the ages and everything you need to make this a memorable vacation. We will provide coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and more. We have a sun room overlooking the pool with a wet bar. This home has a primary suite with a king bed, another bedroom with two queen beds and one with a queen bed and a trundle. This home has a total of five TV's with a 75' tv in the living room and 50' TV in the master suite. Our kitchen has commercial grade appliances.

2024 upgrades include the primary bathroom remodeled and the entire interior of the house was painted.

We just added a pool heater and a pool cooler for those hot summer days.

We only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Property was exactly as shown in listing. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking or grilling.Outdoor furniture and umbrella made relaxing very easy.Owner was always responsive to our texts. There was a slight problem with front door sticking. A carpenter was there the next day to fix. Greatly appreciate a VRBO owner who values their guests to this degree.We walked to the Palmetto Dunes tennis & pickleball facility each day. Also a short walk to the beach. You are close to everything.Highly recommend to families as a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

The pool and backyard was beautiful and we spent the majority of our time out there. The place had everything we needed and with flying that was perfect. Beach stuff, yard games, pool toys, strollers wagon, chairs, pack n play, high chair, etc. The living areas were comfy and we had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The beds were comfortable. This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes and we really liked the location. We ate at Big Jim's and golfed at Robert Trent Course. It was a great experience. We liked watching the TV in the clubhouse that shows the replay of you playing the 18th hole. That is a cool feature. We went to the general store a few times and that was handy. The owners were very responsive and shared information with us about the island. We would recommend this location and would definitely like to return.

This house was perfect for our family of four. The pool and the whole outside backyard was very inviting and comfortable and we spent time out there just about every day. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen was spacious and well organized. The owner is very communicative and offered us suggestions for places to eat and things to do while on Hilton Head. We would definitely stay here again!

5 Stars – A Perfect Lowcountry Getaway!17 Full Sweep was the perfect getaway spot for our family vacation. The home was clean, newly updated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the peaceful view from the small dock, where we even spotted a few alligators (a fun surprise for us!).The location was ideal—an easy walking and biking distance to the beach, even in the heat and humidity of summer. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet, making for a restful and enjoyable stay.Mike was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Hilton Head vacation. We’d return in a heartbeat!

UK SUMMER 2025

We had a delightful time at 17 Full Sweep! 8 adults, 3 from the UK! The house is situated nicely within Palmetto Dunes. The pool, deck, patio, sunroom and outdoor bar made it for us! Mike was friendly and responsive! The home is lovely and well appointed! You cannot go wrong and we will be back!

Fantastic

Mike was a fantastic host that answered any questions at any time. The house had everything we needed very spacious and clean. We spent more time at the house than intended due to the fact that we had everything there. I would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful Spring Break

This house is amazing and met all of our needs for a fun, relaxing spring break. The location is perfect and is a short drive to restaurants and stores. We swam in the pool often, walked our dogs to the beach everyday, ran the quiet streets, biked everywhere, watched movies and had fantastic quality family time at this beautiful home. The house is located in such a nice neighborhood and we all slept so soundly every night. We loved being able to do laundry each day, sipping coffee in the all season area and we enjoyed staying in a couple of nights to cook in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen area. Mike was so informative, helpful and responsive for any and all needs. This house is absolutely perfect and our whole family has said they only want to stay here going forward for any other future HHI visits.

House is exactly as picture. We had the pool heated for our stay in November, which was great. Everything you need is in the house and it is very comfortable. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Felt Like Home Right Away

I can't say enough good things about this property! The house is located beside a lagoon in the peaceful community of Palmetto Dunes. The beautiful, quiet beach is a 10 minute walk away, and the owners of the house have supplied chairs, umbrellas, and canvas wagons to make the short trek there easy and comfortable. When the tide is out, the shallow tidal pools are heavenly for children (and adults!) to splash around in. The house itself is outfitted with everything you need for an enjoyable stay -- there's even a stroller and a high chair! We loved the pool and patio for long, lazy afternoons. The owner was very responsive to any queries we had. The house felt very much home, and we are planning to return next year. Thanks for a great stay, Mike!

Sweet Fall Break!

Beautiful Palmetto Dunes home on the lagoon with all the amenities we could have needed or wanted. This home definitely checked all the boxes! Some highlights...very well stocked kitchen, many games with an arcade game table, lots of towels were provided, outdoor kitchen with bar, beautiful pool area, the pool was nicely heated for a couple of cool October days, quite neighborhood and many things we needed for the beach which is only about an 8 minute bike ride. Mike was an excellent host, checking in several times before we arrived with information and a couple of times during our stay to make sure our expectations were met. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Delightful Stay

We vacationed as a family of 6 with teens during TS Debby. It was our 4th visit to Palmetto Dunes, and we couldn’t more highly recommend the lovely home and its owners. The home is clean and comfortable, and the owner did a fantastic job of communicating and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely book again.

We had the best time at this house and on the island! The house was even better than the listing shows and exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a 6 month old and 5 adults and everything was perfect and easily accessible. Communication with the owner was quick, easy, and helpful. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Wonderful house in a great location! Perfect size for our family of 6. The kids really enjoyed the pool and deck. The house is an easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. As a bonus, the house is stocked with all of the extras you will need for a fun week! Mike was great about communicating with us!

Fantastic property

Everything about the property was as listed and in very good condition. Mike was very communicative both prior to and during our stay. We loved spending the late nights in the sunroom which shielded our voices from the toddler. Highly recommend staying here.
