For your wonderful furry loved one 🐶 - leave the crate home. 2 CRATES PROVIDED. One small sized and one mid sized crate. Boy, do they take up space and a pain to load/unload. One less thing to pack! :). Our oversized deck is enclosed with a gate so your pet can stay on the deck.
The house includes many updates including a new KITCHEN that opens up to the dining / family / living room, new LVP floors throughout, new ceiling fans (6), new wireless / Smart TVs (4) (with streaming / no cable), including a 65” in the family / living room over the new stone / electric fireplace.
The house can comfortably sleep as many as 10 guests in the updated 3 bedrooms (all on the same floor as the main living space), including: * the MAIN bedroom w/ a king size bed, 50” mounted SmartTV, desk w/ wireless printer and large walk-in closet & full bath w/ Roman shower * the 2ND bedroom w/ 2 queen size beds, a mounted 43” SmartTV and a full bath w/ bathtub * the 3RD bedroom w/ 1 queen size bed, 2 bunk beds, 43” SmartTV and full bath w/ shower
We are about a half mile walk / bike ride to the Harbour Town Pool (INCLUDED), playground, shops, restaurants, lighthouse, marina, excursions, water sports and an even shorter walk in the other direction (through our cul-de-sac) to The Shops at Sea Pines Center including additional bike rental, restaurants (Truffles restaurant, one of our favorites), trollies (in season) and a number of other shops / eateries.
BEACH ACCESS: Sea Pines Beach Club (open to all) - 1.4 miles away - limited parking (best option is to be dropped off or to take bike). Direct Access to Beach (open to all) - Multiple entry points / paths to beach, 1.5 miles away by bike. 7 min bike ride

During the peak Summer Season and Holidays there are 4 different trollies (air conditioned) at The Shops at Sea Pines Center which will take you to Harbour Town / Pool, South Beach (Salty Dog) and the Sea Pines Beach Club OR you can simply stay at The Shops of Sea Pines Center and enjoy the many restaurants (breakfast/lunch/dinner), gelato shop and other shops.

Direct Access to Beach (open to all) - Multiple entry points / paths to beach off of South Sea Pines Drive and South Beach Lane. - 1.5 miles away by bike
The house is a one floor living ranch, perfect for guests who need minimal steps while inside. There are 4 steps to the front door and once inside there are three more steps to the main level. After that, one floor living at its best. Enter into the foyer and be greeted with our new shiplap wall with 11 hooks to hang things on. Hang your handbags, sweaters/coats, hats/caps, leashes, etc., which we find makes for easy access, entering and exiting the house.
All the bedrooms are in the front of the house. The back of the house is the main living area with expansive view of the golf course. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, Cambria Quartz countertops throughout and a butcher block on the island. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen closet. The kitchen has 2 cutout windows. One to the dining area, separated by 3 counter bar stools and another cutout window to the living area. There are many different coffee makers to choose from - regular, Keurig, Cappuccino, Expresso!
Enjoy the spectacular view of the golf course through the huge windows from anywhere in the kitchen, dining or living areas. Or, sit on the two large recliners in the family room and watch TV, watch the golfers / caddies pass by outside, or simply enjoy the electric fireplace with different colors and realistic sound of crackling firewood.
Walk outside from the dining room through the double French doors onto the newly sanded and painted oversized deck and enjoy some grilling on the BBQ grill and/or relax on the new deck furniture or built-in bench seats while taking in the spectacular views. Watch the players come by with their caddies, catch some of the chatter and hear the striking of the balls as everyone tries to make the turn on the dogleg par 5. And we have a built-in gate on the deck to keep your furry friends close…
Enjoy the peaceful twilight on the deck and you can catch a glimpse of the sunset looking to the right (back towards Plantation Drive) on clearer early evenings. Also to the right and up the 1st fairway, you may also catch a glimpse of the Harbour Town Clubhouse and even the Lighthouse (during the winter months).
The house comes with central air and central heat throughout, plantation shutters in all three bedrooms for your privacy and brand new quilts and pillows for all the beds.
Behind the garage (accessible from both the front walkway and the rear deck steps) is a small courtyard where your garbage and recycling receptacles are placed. Please leave these pails there and the Waste Management company knows to go there to retrieve the garbage and recycling as it is Sea Pines policy to not have any pails viewable from the street. Garage has owners car in it. Not for guest car.
We provide 4 bikes for your convenience, if you choose. Although these bikes are available for your use, we CANNOT guarantee their condition, since they have been used by prior renters. Please also note that you will assume all responsibility and risks associated with the use of these bikes and we ask that you adhere to the "Tips for Safe Bicycling" (found on the https://hiltonheadislandsc.gov website), when using them.
The house is located on a quiet dead end street (cul-de-sac) so there is minimal traffic from residents and guests throughout the day. Although we have outside security cameras and an indoor alarm system, they will be completely turned off during your entire stay at the house. They are only there to give us peace mind when the house is vacant and during storm situations.
Sea Pines is a gated community with so much to see and enjoy. There are beaches, beautiful bike paths, shops, restaurants, golf, boat excursions, the lighthouse, the marina, the horse stable, etc., etc.
Enjoy the Harbour Town Pool, included with the rental, just a half mile away. The pool is heated seasonally.

Great vacation. Lots of space. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for a large family. Beds are very comfortable. Bikes and other amenities are nice. Entry is simple and easy to remember. Host is helpful and very accommodating.

This is a great house in a great location in Sea Pines. The home was very clean and comfortable; and Claudia was very helpful and responsive. The house is a short bike ride to almost everything in Sea Pines, and a short walk to a number of great restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay in Sea Pines
Property was clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen (a little too stocked) and a brand new gas grill. There were bikes to use too! Loved it, would stay there again.

Great home! Great location!
We loved our stay here over Memorial Day weekend. We've stayed at Sea Pines the last few years and the location was excellent - minutes to Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town and 1.5 mile easy bike ride to the beach. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and a bathroom in each bedroom was really great for us. We loved the kitchen and grilled on the back deck. Claudia checked in on us regularly and we felt like if anything came up (nothing did) - we'd get support immediately. We would love to stay again!

Great Dog Friendly Home
This was a great place for out family, and two dogs. The kitchen and outdoor deck were our favorite parts! House was clean upon arrival and had cleaning materials for us to clean up sand and dog hair. Having bikes available in the garage was an extra benefit.

First visit to HHI
We truly enjoyed our first visit to HHI! Great location, we rode bikes everywhere, and loved nightly sunsets in Harbor Town. The house was great, beautiful kitchen had everything you needed and more! We also enjoyed watching the golfers go by and sitting on the patio with a nice breeze. Having bikes included was a bonus, one less thing to worry about. Great vacation to HHI!

Great Rental
I absolutely loved this house and its location. As a former Sea Pines homeowner who also rented out my home, I can say that this house is well-appointed and has everything you need. When we arrived, the house was super clean. The neighborhood was quiet, with few cars or bikers, yet it was close enough to Harbour Town to walk to, making it the perfect location. I would highly recommend renting this place to anyone.

Very comfortable and necessities were plentiful
Property had very few limitations and several unexpected items were provided. Location was very important to us as well as kitchen and dining room specifics. These were all as hoped for. We would definitely rent again. Owner was very responsive and easily reachable.

Wonderful stay!!
What a great property and fantastic location. Open, light and bright - very spacious. Kitchen stocked and beautiful countertops and appliances. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with AMAZING views of the golf course. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. New bikes a huge plus to not have to arrange renting. Quiet street and near everything. Would definitely stay again!!

We had an amazing time!
The house was amazing, had everything you possibly needed!
The house is also in the best location, minutes away from Harbor Town, and Lawton Stables and many great restaurants.
We brought my Son’s yellow lab, and there were even dog toys!
We highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic rental
We already love Sea Pines! Claudia and James were very easy to work with and informative beyond measure. Their fabulous home on Hole 2 is everything we wanted and more. The kitchen is more than well stocked for cooking. The bikes on property added so much enjoyment to our vacation. We will come back!!

Sea Pines - Excellent Vacation
Our family had a wonderful trip to Sea Pines. The house location is easily within walking distance of Harbour Town, the beach, shops and great restaurants. Our personal favorite was Fraser’s Tavern.
We especially enjoyed the provided bikes and rarely needed to use our vehicle throughout the week.
The house is well maintained and updated. The views of Harbour Town Golf Links are beautiful and we enjoyed watching golfers tee off while spending time in the kitchen, dining room, family room and on the deck.
The Owner / Property Manager was responsive and answered all of our questions prior to our trip to ensure we had a great experience.
Overall a great stay!

We booked the house for Thanksgiving with family. Owner let me know we were the first to rent it since they had acquired it. The house was very nice, clean, and spacious for our family of ten. The view was beautiful and right on golf course. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Owner even ordered a beach wagon and beach chairs after I asked her if there was some there for us to use. She also ordered a blender/processor in case we needed it for our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely book again if coming to the area.
