  • This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa has just been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous! It is located on the first floor in building two of Hilton Head Resort - the quietest location yet convenient to all amenities. The largest outdoor pool, poolside Island Deli & Grill/market and the resort's private boardwalk to the beach are located at building one next door, the indoor pool is in building three and the tennis courts and smaller outdoor pool are at building four. The first floor location offers easy accessibility yet privacy.

    Beautifully renovated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The entire unit was also just painted.

    The living area has all new furnishings. New wall mounted 50" Smart TV with 64 cable channels. We also provide free secure wifi.

    Fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances including new double sink with disposal. We also provide a blender, wide 4 slice toaster, 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker, knife block and knives, and non-stick pots and pans! Just bring the food!

    The dining area features a granite top table with 6 chairs.

    The master bedroom has a KING bed with new Sealy Posturepedic Humbolt LTD mattress. Wall mounted 40" LED tv with cable. There is an attached bath with new vanity, faucets, chair height toilet, and shower/tub combination.

    The second bedroom has new bunk beds with a single on top and full size on the bottom bunk and an additional single bed - all with new memory foam mattresses! This bedroom also has a 23" Insignia tv with cable. There is also a hall bath with a shower/tub combo, new faucets, vanity and chair height toilet.

    And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. We provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon for your convenience.

    This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.

    There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, poolside convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, workout room, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, laundry facilities on every other floor, elevators and free parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!

Great Long Weekend Beach Getaway

Hilton Head girls trip

This was perfect for a girl's trip get away. The condo was very nice (the second bedroom would also be great for a family with kids), the board walk made it easy to get to the beach. Plenty to do, places to walk, and great places to eat. The highlight was the sailing trip, lots of dolphins were out showing off!

Nice place

The room was accurate as described in the listing. Clean and affordable. Only one issue during our stay, which had nothing to do with the owner/lister...the elevator broke during our stay so when leaving it was aggravating trying to get all our luggage and beach stuff down the stairs, especially since traveling with 3 kids. Other than that, we really enjoyed the facility.

HHR was lovely Would like to have known more about the location on the island and a more accurate description of the walk to the beach. The dishes and cookware were sparce and disorganized The pool was very murky everyday. It was our first visit to HHI Lots to do and places to eat If we were to revisit HHI I now.know more about the island and the beaches

The only thing we were very unhappy with was the bed in the primary bedroom. That mattress needs to be replaced! It's hard as a rock and rolls to the middle!!

This condo was extremely dirty. We had to clean it from top to bottom. We almost checked out but we didn't think we would be able to just book something else on the spot. We had to get the bed sheets changed because there was black hair in our beds. It was disgusting. We definitely left it better than we found it. I would not stay there again.

Hilton Head Island is the best (close) place on Earth

This resort is a long time fave for my family. It is an older resort. Most condos here like this one have been updated. We’ve stayed on property 4 years in a row (all different condos). If you are looking for a view from the rental this is not the unit for you. Also be prepared to walk the boardwalk to the beach. As a family we thoroughly enjoy this time to spot all the wildlife right here under your nose. The unit itself was fine. The master bath is small and the toilet paper roll was annoying (it fits right about armpit level for me), but we don’t ever plan to stay long inside the condo. We did cook dinner in several nights (holiday weekend) and had everything we needed. This unit also provides a locker with beach chairs, cart, umbrella, toys. So you wouldn’t really need to bring anything. It was also right off the path to the beach. Another super plus. Entry to it and condo was very simple. We rented bikes this year for the first time and highly recommend. Also highly recommending doing this ahead of your arrival to save time. Family vacay at its finest. I would rent this unit again. The management staff is stellar. All in all good choice. Now get booked and get to the Island!!

Quiet and convenient beach stay

Our family stayed here for spring break. The condo was just as pictured. The resort itself looks a little more worn than the photos showed, but it didn't stop my kids from enjoying the pools, small game room and the beach. We used one of the on-site charcoal grills one evening and that was fun. This room doesn't have much of a view, but we mainly just used it to sleep and eat in so we didn't mind. The walk to the beach was not very long, but long enough that you want to make sure you have all your stuff before you head to the beach. There is a courtesy shuttle that drives people on the boardwalk if mobility is an issue. There was plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to use to haul beach things. There was an umbrella, but we didn't use it. It looked a little worn so I'm not sure if it would even expand. There were also sand toys and floats as well as a boogie board and skim board. All in all we had a low-key stay, ate at some good local places, and enjoyed watching the dolphins at the beach. If you're looking for a place that's a good home base but with no frills, this is it!

Great spot on beach!

Have stayed at the property before and really enjoy this spot on the island. The boardwalk is long, but not terrible with a wagon to carry all the stuff. The lockers are a great addition to kept the sandy items outside. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortably held the 6 of us. We had a great trip!

Great place to stay!! Clean, close to the beach, and nicely updated inside. It was stocked with things we would need to cook and go to the beach. The owner was so sweet and well prepared with many ideas of things to do nearby, food suggestions, and bike rentals.

Very quaint villa!

We loved this villa! The only negative was the master bathroom was super tiny. I am 5’2 and was cramped while sitting on the toilet and had to lean to the right towards the tub because the toilet paper holder was in the way of the toilet. The hall bathroom was much better so we all used that. Other than that, the villa was great!

Great stay

Overall, it was a great experience. The condo was clean and recently updated. The beach equipment available was great! The only complaint I have is that three bedroom windows are overlooking the hallway and the bright light shines in. I have some travel blackout curtains wish I would have grabbed them but otherwise, the condo is as pictured and described. I did hate it didn’t have a balcony, but that was my fault as I did not realize when I booked. But we cooked in the condo and had two small children and overall, it was a great experience. The indoor pool was great as it was chilly the weekend we visited.

Loved this property and the location / short distance from the beach. Extremely convenient having the deli restaurant and coco’s minutes away. The condo was more than enough for our family of 4.

Amazing time!

My family of 5 stayed here for the week and had a great time! The villa was just as described with everything we needed! Loved the amenities at the resort, the beach and Cocos! We were sad to leave but will definitely be back! Thank you for making our family vacation such a good one!
