And whether you're waking up with your morning coffee or stargazing at the end of an exciting day on Hilton Head Island, enjoy relaxing out on your private, furnished deck with a landscaped view. You and your friends or family members will also have access to five community swimming pools when it's time to cool off or get a little exercise.

    Take a short drive or even walk over to the beach to spend your days soaking up the sun on the beautiful sand. If you want to venture out a bit, check out the Shelter Cove Towne Center for several shopping and dining options, just a little over a mile away, or visit the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center for even more options, only four miles from your front door. Beautiful villa!

This condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The beach is a short walk away, and the pools were not over crowded. This was our first visit to Hilton Head, and we plan on returning in the future. We had a great time!

Beautiful Villa

We loved our stay! The space in the villa is very well thought out! We were a party of 7 & felt it was plenty of space for all. The proximity to the beach & time the seller took to leave us pictures of the short cut was very much appreciated. This villa is gorgeously updated and decorated- loved it all. Due to COVID we kept out dining out to a mínimum, the kitchen is well stocked. Book with confidence! We loved our stay and our teenagers did as well!

Great location and perfect for families!

Our family of 6 loved this house. Nice size, lots of beds (each kid had their own), and great distance from beach! Highly recommend renting bikes, nice short ride to beach - much better than driving or walking. Fun trails to ride bikes and lots of restaurants, etc in less than 10 minute drive. Thoroughly enjoyed location and wish we were still there!! Pools weren’t the best, but they were adequate (best one was furthest away - short bike ride). Thank you for a great stay!!

Awesome Accommodations

This place was super clean and well stocked. Our party of 6 Plus one pet had a great time here. Comfy beds! We slept great every night. The beach was a short 12-15 min walk away...or you could drive and park. We had no problems with anything. Everything worked with no issues. Even the grill had extra propane. Highly recommend. We will plan on returning.

Great location and beautifully decorated

We loved the location in Queens Grant that backed up to the golf course! Big backyard that didn’t face the road, bushes or another unit! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Only complaint is that there was that there wasn’t enough quality pots and pans and believe it or not, no wine opener or bottle opener.

Beautiful and well appointed villa!

My 3 daughters and I spent two weeks at 621 and enjoyed every moment of it. The kitchen is very well stocked, and it was nice to have the breezy open area which led into the kitchen. The girls had their own are upstairs with the 2 bedrooms, and plenty of space to have some time to do school work. The villa is also much closer to the beach than I anticipated from looking at the plan maps, especially on bike. Vacasa assigned us a personal representative, and she was extremely responsive and reachable during out stay. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Hope to stay again!

The Perfect Beach Villa And Vacasa team

We had an amazing stay at 621 Queens Grant. Everything in this Villa was wonderful. The decor was soothing and very thoughtful with updates all throughout. The home’s amenities were stocked with everything we needed, including comfy blankets everywhere. The washer was a little old but the owners replaced them with brand new LG HE units while we were there, leaving us with nothing to complain about. Plenty of space and the kids rooms had extra beds for the next time we stay bringing a few friends along. We were al very sad to leave. And the team at Vacasa helped us through a few things during our stay and were kind and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to come back again!

*AMAZING*

The pictures posted are exactly what the unit includes. Absolutely beautiful! We stayed with our 6 young children and there was plenty of room, with lots of options for naptime. We were beyond impressed with the cleanliness, bed options, full service kitchen and especially the 3 bathrooms. the "text a question" to Vacasa was one of the most convenient features. They answered my questions within minutes each time. Check in and check out super simple. Don't even think twice, just book it! We will be back again, thank you! One happy mamma:)

Very nice villa for a family

The villa was very clean and well maintained. It was in a good location, close to two pools. However, the pools need updated. The beach was about a 15 minute walk. There was no security at the entrance so this area is not gated like most of the other areas in Palmetto Dunes. If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles, you will not have any extra parking passes. Palmetto Dunes was very unhelpful with this issue. Bottom line: I enjoyed our villa but Palmetto Dunes is becoming outdated.

Fantastic Getaway Home!

I'm going to apologize because this SHOULD have been written in the book that the family has in the home, but unfortunately - we were having so much fun that I completely forgot to write until we were driving home.... Dear Malandra Family, Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. I am in awe of your styling, and I took many notes as to how I would like my home to now look. The condo is much more spacious that I imagined! The living room is big enough for all to enjoy each other's company. The kitchen is gorgeous, and had enough room for my mother and I to work together to cook our meals. We came to HHI because we had a family wedding on Disney beach on Saturday. My children LOVED the beach and the fact that we could bike everywhere we needed to around Palmetto Dunes. We were not expecting much, as money is tight in our family and just being able to come down for the wedding was a big deal. The fact that the condo was more than we ever could have imagined was amazing! The bedrooms are huge, and the back deck was a lovely place to sit and drink my morning coffee. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. We already have a jar entitled "HHI fund" so that hopefully we can come back next year. Ultimately, we'd love to make this our yearly getaway. It's amazing! THANK YOU again!

week vacation in June

Check in is at 4pm, office closed at 5pm. Traffic to get on island on Saturday afternoons is apparently always heavy. It took 2 hours from Savannah airport. Information provided said that if arrival is after office is closed use code to access key box. Doesn’t specify where this box is? We assumed it was at rental house. Box is at office. Also seems odd that check in office would close at 5pm when checking doesn’t begin until 4pm? With that being said when we get into our rental the thermostat is beeping and the pla is very warm. Not sure why cleaning crew didn’t communicate information to property mangagement? My husband immediately changed the batteries, beeping stopped. However, the indoor temperature did not change..remained at 83 degrees. We immediately called Vacasa, got a representative in a different state because their office closed at 5pm!! We were promised they would get back to us immediately when someone would fix A/C. We got the runaround for two days. The only reason someone eventually was due to our relentless calls The house was decorated nicely, not far from the tennis, golf, beach. However, some areas of the house were dirty. The downstairs 1/2 bath seemed to have an old vomit stain on wall. Upstairs rooms looked as though cleaners left without finishing, garbage left behind, mirror in bedroom visible dirty, staircase walls has dirty food stains? All and all we enjoyed Hilton Head, great beaches, golf and restaurants. Would not use Vacasa again.
