3 Ocean Club es una villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, bien decorada y actualizada, ubicada a solo unos pasos de la playa. El nivel de vida principal alberga la cocina que está abierta al comedor y sala de estar. El comedor tiene una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas junto con una barra de desayuno con 4 taburetes. La sala de estar tiene una gran televisión de pantalla plana con muchos asientos cómodos y acceso a su patio privado.

El segundo piso alberga el dormitorio principal con ropa de cama king y baño en suite también. El segundo dormitorio está equipado con 1 cama queen y 1 cama individual. Esta habitación accede al baño desde el pasillo. Te encantará la ubicación de esta villa.

Not fantastic, but nice. Very good location.

The condo was great. Not over-the-top luxury, but we weren't expecting that—very much as advertised. Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Ended up only driving once the entire week, otherwise we just walked to Coligny Circle. Plenty of shops and restaurants. We had several outstanding dinners during our stay.

Hello - we very much love the location and the property. Couple of thoughts - Unit 3 probably could use a refurbish, as it appears to be showing its age. We had trouble getting the sliding door open and closed. However it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. As far as the property, would prefer if the landscape guys didn't start running equipment so early (several mornings at 7AM). Maybe start just a little later since folks are on vacation? Looking forward to our next stay!

Easy and relaxing

We enjoyed the patio in the morning and evening and the pool (right outside our door) is partly shaded which was wonderful for middle of the day heat. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, where we spent hours enjoying the ocean. The host gave access to a wagon with beach chairs and other water toys. Not far from Coligny Plaza, riding a bike or walking to shops or restaurants was convenient. The host has made this rental comfortable and the details for our stay were perfect.

Amazing location!

You simply can’t beat this location - pool right off the patio and the beach a few steps away. House was clean and well laid out for a family. There wasn’t any information regarding rules of the community which would have been helpful as we were notified after the fact that you couldn’t leave your towel on your chair on the deck etc. The check in process was simple, the pool was heated as described, and like I said, the location was the best! Would definitely stay here again.

Cute/Efficient Condo

Loved the location and setup. Perfect for all ages. Only thing I would change is have at least a half bath downstairs and a way to get in from the sliding glass door on the pool side. Would definitely stay here again!

Master Bedroom has no A/C, had it looked at while we stayed and it still didn’t work. The people that cleaned before we arrived, reversed the drawer in the freezer, by the time we noticed the door wasn’t shutting all our stuff was ruined. Cleanliness was an issue when we arrived, Management did correct the issues promptly just frustrating that we had to spend 2 of our 4 days calling management to deal with it.

Beach and beyond....

The condo is nice, clean and perfecly located to the beach, restaurants and shopping centre. Though it was clean it has to be mentioned that it is an old apartment. Both bedrooms had no ACs. In the night before our departure they closed the internet for our devices - that was unexpected! At 10am the cleaning lady stepped inside and I told her we need another 30 minutes to leave. She was not happy. Then we rushed getting our stuff together and unfortunatly we left a bag with all our chargers (phones, watches, laptops). I called the office and noone ever answered. We were really disappointed.

Great location!

You can't be the location of this home! The private entrance to the beach is footsteps away and very convenient. The community pool was just outside our door. The home is conveniently located and close to Coligny Plaza and everything you could need. The home itself was light and airy. The bathrooms and kitchen are a little dated and the appliances definitely need to be updated. Plan on bringing most of what you need for the kitchen as it is not very well equipped aside from the basics - we borrowed a lot from our friends who were also staying in the complex. The master bedroom gets very warm even when the ac is turned low and the ceiling fan running, so a fan would not be a bad thing to bring, too. There are many nicer units in the complex, so shop around.

Great Location!

This location cannot be beat! It’s right near Coligny and a one minute walk to the beach. The property itself is a bit dated and is in need a very deep clean. There is some mold on the kitchen ceiling and in the bathrooms. The one strange thing is the second bedroom door can’t close due to the size of the bed. It was our kids room and they needed the extra light, but as an adult room it would lack privacy.

Great Location

Property is a little worn but serves the purpose. Location is perfect. Short walk to all the shops but far enough away that the beach isn't as crowded. Pool setting is a perfect mix of sun and shade, whichever you want. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property!!

Overall a very nice place. Great location and short walk to most shops and restaurants. It was great to have beach chairs and necessities available on arrival. Just a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, however, didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely consider staying again on a future visit.

Pool and beach right out the door!

This place was perfect for us. The pool and the beach is right out the back door. Was so nice to be close to everything. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Did not spend too much time inside the condo, it was a nice set up, clean, lots of pillows, blankets and towels. The beach chairs were a great bonus. more than enough space for our family of 4. We had a hard time leaving and can't wait to go back!

Good but not great. AC upstairs struggles to keep the master bedroom cool. Showers are very dated. For the money I expected nicer. We expected the pool to be open but it wasn’t. Won’t be renting again.

No notice of no pool use

Unit was great - needs a new coffee maker, it takes 30 min to brew. Dryer squeaks like crazy BUT - great unit. We booked an were never notified that the pool was closed. I reached out to the Island Rentals 3 times live, 1 vm - asking for insight. Nothing - no response and no offer of discount due to false advertising!
