You'll love preparing delicious meals in the updated kitchen boasting full-size appliances, especially when you can enjoy them al fresco out on the balcony. The free WiFi will make it easy to download a new playlist to your device or research a fun outdoor adventure while the central AC cools down the room.

Don't forget to take a walk to explore all the fun on-site amenities that include a shared pool, tennis court, gym, beach bar, and restaurants! Plus, you will be able to rinse off the sand and sunscreen in style with the newly updated bathroom awaiting you!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stay

Tile needs steam cleaned. Walls are thin which allowed noise from above. Children constantly running above us and it echoed down at all hours of the day and night.

Condo should be pulled from VRBO until repaired

I have to say this was by far our worst Vacasa/VRBO rental to date. I emailed the local manager at the time, but this unit is in desperate need of repairs/improvements. -rental was dirty. -shower door was broken. Two trips to repair. -slider screen is broken. -blinds broken. -slider door wouldn’t lock. Another WO placed. -windows in bedroom are so filthy hard to tell if maybe glass has failed. -beach chairs are disgusting. -all bedding is old/worn. -the unit should absolutely not read sleeps six. The hideabed is the worst ever and NOT usable….it is like a piece of 1/2 plastic on springs. -there were mushrooms growing on the outside of the vent to the AC. I have photos. I can only imagine what is growing in that closet and the health hazard it presents. We spent as little time as possible in the room. All of this was shared with local person. Would have been nice to have been offered another unit (even if it costed more). He did say he would credit our cleaning fee…fair, since it wasn’t clean. The resort itself is nice and we saw lots of other units with their doors open that looked to be clean and cared for.

Nice Condo with a nice shower

Overall, the property was clean and nice. It was a little outdated, but overall the unit was as expected. The shower upgrade was awesome and my in-laws really enjoyed their stay.

This apartment is on the smaller side. There were four adult females in my party and the bunk beds were not positioned so the top bunk could be used. The couch was a pull out ,we were able to use this for one of the ladies. The lights kept flickering, but didn't go completely out. The inside freezer compartment door was broken and on the floor when we arrived. Other than these small inconveniences the location was great, with a lot to keep on busy while there. Nothing to do with the apartment but, upon arrival the security guard on duty asked one of my guests if she was with housekeeping!!!! Not professional at all
