Nicely appointed property with superb location. Very responsive owner and easily available for questions. Parking can be challenging during busy hours. Overall wonderful stay would consider staying here again.

Great property and location

The condo is located within a couple of minutes walk to the Harbour Town lighthouse. The condo is updated and well maintained. The owners are excellent with communication and very helpful. We will be staying there again someday.

A Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful time in this well-appointed condo. Our contact person, Sheila, was available when we had questions and was so helpful. We were attending a wedding at the Yacht Club, and the location was perfect for seniors without a car. The proximity of the wedding venue and the easily accessed restaurants made for a great vacation. We have more grandchildren to marry off so we may be back.

The condo is located in one of the best spots as far as dining and walking by the lighthouse and being close to the pool. The description and website matched and everything was in working order. The one small five minute issue we had the property manager stayed on the phone with me the entire time to ensure it was resolved. Definitely will check for availability if back in the area. Great spot and you can’t go wrong.

Awesome condo!

Awesome condo unit conveniently located in the midst of Harbour Town. Very clean, and lots of amenities and convenience items such as starter paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. Property manager was extremely responsive with a few questions we had before and during our stay. Parking can be an issue during busy times, but not a big deal if you plan accordingly. Would stay here again!

Awesome place in a great spot

This property was pretty awesome. The rooms were clean and the 2 bed 2 bath setup was fantastic with kids. The park down below was a huge hit with the kids. The proximity to everything in the Harbor made the trip a breeze. We rented bikes and rode to several spots in sea pines. The communication with the owner was great and she offered some great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and great place to stay

This is the exact way to do things when you are renting a vacation property. The condo is exactly as described and pictured, and the location is excellent. The owners have been excellent with communications, even creating an app you can download with all the information you need for your stay.I will seek out this property in particular with future visits to Hilton Head. I have even posted recommendations on social media for this property, and will share this with friends and family. I highly recommend this property.
