Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Hilton Head Island, but the area is also very bike-friendly with miles of scenic trails and easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Bike rentals are readily available throughout the island.

Other Things to Note:
✓  Beach Towels, Beach Cart, and 4 Beach Chairs are Provided.
✓  This house has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. 
✓  This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines, and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation. 
✓  Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase an additional car pass for $20 per week.  
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed.  There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs
✓  The indoor fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
✓  The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities at your own risk.
✓  The pool and spa heat are available for $50 per day.  Contact the host to order pool and spa heat.
✓  Pool Heating Information: This home features an electric pool heater. While it helps maintain a comfortable swimming temperature, the pool temperature will naturally fluctuate with changes in outdoor ambient temperatures.
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
