Private Courtyards: Front and back courtyards offer outdoor dining, lounging, and secure bike storage. The back courtyard features a gas grill and direct access to the community pool and sundeck (open April 1 – October 31).

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed with high-quality linens, a private balcony overlooking the grounds & pool, a large walk-in closet with a Pack 'n Play, and Smart TV with streaming apps and Spectrum Cable.

Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin-sized bed, large dresser for storage, and Smart TV.

Living Room: Sectional Sofa sleeper that pulls out to a full bed and a reclining sofa offer spacious relaxation in the living room with a Smart TV for family entertainment. Linens provided for the sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware and utensils for family meals, plus an extended countertop with seating for two. Standard coffee pot and Keurig included.

Policies: No smoking, no pets, no trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed. Bikes must be secured in the front courtyard.



Guest Access:

Key-less entry door code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. The villa has one parking space. If there is a potential that you will need a second space, you must contact host prior to arrival for second hangtag. NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
