"Always on Vacation" is the perfect poolside getaway villa located in Ocean Club, a private gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach.

Ocean Club is located in the highly sought after South Forest Beach area within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which includes shopping, dining, movies, and grocery stores. 31 Ocean Club is located all on one level so pull your car into your assigned parking spot (1 spot assigned per unit) and walk ground level right into the front door for easy access (Front door Ring Camera for security purposes only). Guests staying at Ocean Club 31 enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard with 2 great patio areas facing the pool for dining or for relaxing right off of the living room or main bedroom.

The space:
This unit is bright, airy and spacious with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen. In addition there is a gas grill outside along with tables and chairs for outdoor dining! It also includes a beach wagon, Cool Cabana, adult beach chairs, 2 youth beach chairs, boogie board, small cooler and beach towels. The primary bedroom has a king size bed along with a private bathroom and walk in shower. The secondary bedroom also has a king size bed which is next to the second bathroom in the hallway. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 twin size tri fold mattresses for younger kids. There are 3 flat screen TVs with cable, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. There is ample closets and storage for all your belongings. Enjoy your days either pool-side which is just steps from the patios or take a 2 minute stroll down the private path to the beautiful beach. Ocean Club is a gated community with a seasonally heated pool (March-November). This first floor flat 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is the perfect retreat for your stay on Hilton Head Island!

The condo was as advertised — clean, comfortable, and with excellent communication from the host. The location is perfect, especially if you're not familiar with the island. It’s within walking distance to Coligny Circle, which is our favorite area to stay. The gated property is a nice bonus, and the unit offers direct access to the pool and a path to the beach right across from it. Overall, a great unit — highly recommend, and I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

I have been going to HHI for many years…..This condo was the best!!!!! Clean… very comfortable beds along with crisp white sheets…..not a speck of dust!!!! So easy to unload your luggage right at door….It was nice each time we went out to dinner having a parking place always available when arriving back at condo! We will be back!!! So glad we found this place!!!!

This is the perfect condo for a beach vacation! The beach is just a quick walk down the private boardwalk for this condo complex and the owners have the place perfectly stocked so that you could basically show up with just your bathing suit. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was spectacular. Clean and completely stocked with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Host was wonderful - great communication, wonderful extras like coffee and snacks. Loved having beach towels and gear available, including instructions on how to put up the cool cabana! The location of the condo was great. Our swimmer loved being right next to the pool - she walked right out the patio door each morning and took a swim. We enjoyed doing puzzles during the rainstorms and evenings. And the beds were so comfy. Thank you, Cathy, for making our stay so wonderful and comforting. We appreciate your hospitality!

Everything you need

We did a quick 4 night stay to put our toes in the sand and visit with family that live in the area. Cathy had excellent communication, absolutely everything you could need during our stay, and convenient location to everything. The condo is CLEAN! The proximity to the beach is super close- 3 min walk and no stairs! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Cathy!

Perfect spot for our family

This is a lovely condo - clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Location was perfect - right on the beach but slightly removed from the busiest part of Coligny beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

I stayed at Cathy’s condo during the RBC Heritage and Easter weekend. The condo is immaculate, very comfortable and nicely decorated. And Cathy is a top-shelf VRBO host!

My family and I were speechless as we walked into this beautifully decorated, well organized, delightful condo. It was spacious, clean, everything was available to us. Favorite Vrbo to date!

The condo was incredibly clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked. The host was very easy to work with, checked in on us, gave amazing recommendations. The property is literally steps from the beach- so nice to be able to pop back and forth. We will be saving this particular property to hopefully visit again. 10/10!!
