This villa is located on the third floor close to the elevator and has spectacular ocean views from the deck. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your deck. It has been renovated from top to bottom with French doors into the bedroom, hardwood laminate floors and ceramic tile throughout, and a lovely double size tiled shower in the bathroom. This villa sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. comfortably. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, a pull-out sofa in the living room in addition to a set of junior size bunks in the hall.

The resort is located mid-island and is an easy car or bike ride to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and golf. Drinks and food poolside, pizza and sports pub located at conference center. Bike Rentals at the Resort. Beach bar and ice cream stand open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head and work out room and playground. Washers and Dryers on site in building. Lots of summertime fun and activities which include poolside movies, pool party weekly, karaoke at the pool, and explore programs for children. All activities are included in the price of booking. Gated resort 24-hour security and self-check in.

Hilton Head has over 50 miles of biking and hiking trails. Our mid-island location makes it easy to ride or bike to nearby restaurants, Shelter Cove shopping and eateries.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
