  • New Flooring and Freshly Painted in January 2022. Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 124 enjoy a landscape view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. This condo has been upgraded and the charming decor will make you feel right a home. It has a King in the Master, Two Doubles in BR2, 1 Double and 1 Twin in BR3 plus a sofa bed in the living room.
    After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
    Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Great Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check in to check out. Everything was accurately defined. Excellent accommodations and very clean. The location was perfect. Beautiful pool and easy beach access. A 5 minute walk to Coligny center. Very nice shops and. We have already told friends about this place. My wife and I have discussed a return trip to Ocean One.

quick guys golf trip

Location was great- pool wasn't open but it wasn't quite into season yet so all good- easy walk to the beach- close to most of the courses we played. Would book again for sure.

Great stay close to the beach

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. The property was clean and as described. We had a great time. The pool was nice and the beach was close. It was nice to not have to walk far to get a good spot on the beach. Communication was excellent and the stay meet our needs.

Great property!

We had a great weekend at this property! There was plenty of room, and the condo was in a great location! There was a super nice pool and fire pit area, and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Prime location

This building is undergoing some renovations so while it wasn’t ideal to have an empty pool it was an easy walk out of the back to the ocean. Location was great!

Great Unit

Had a great time at HH. Loved the unit layout, fit our group perfectly with three suites. Unit was very clean and property manager addressed our few issues immediately. Unit was close to beach, great restaurants, night life, etc…. Would stay in this unit again.

It was great!

It was amazing. Very convenient beach and pool in walking distance and walking distance to the shopping centers were great also. Provided beach toys for the kids and a canopy for the beach ( which was a little broken but made it work ) . Overall we had an amazing time at this condo !

Nice place but needs a deep clean

The place is in a great location-- although If you want beachfront I would pay a little more-- would be better. The condo wasn't the cleanest -- the floors were pretty dirty-- we arrived around 4pm and they didn't get finished cleaning until around 430-5, but they allowed us a late checkout so that was good. I would replace a couple comforters they are dingy and a ripped curtain, but all and all it was a good stay. Easy check in, good location and communication was good.

Best little getaway

We celebrated my best friends 40th in Hilton Head. We were moved to this location after our first choice had to have some renovations done. We were very impressed with this location. It was very nice and neat and loved that it was right at the pool. We would definitely book this location again. The check-in process was quick and seamless.
