Lyons 12 - Pet friendly and steps to the beach

  • Esta casa es un lugar de relajación soleado y familiar de 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños. Está ubicado en el extremo norte más tranquilo de Hilton Head, cerca de Port Royal Plantation.

    La casa cuenta con un gran porche con vista al área común que contiene una piscina, spa y dos parrillas de gas. Los huéspedes entran en una gran sala con TV, sofás, un gran comedor y cocina con encimeras de granito y estufa de calor radiante. Un tocador está convenientemente ubicado justo al lado de la cocina. Una lavadora y secadora también se encuentran en una sala de lavandería separada con espacio para secar las toallas de playa.

    Todas las habitaciones son master suites con baños privados. La suite del piso principal cuenta con una cama King, ducha, bañera separada, vestidor y tocador con lavamanos doble. Las habitaciones de arriba cuentan con una con una cama King y una combinación de ducha / bañera, una con dos camas Queen y ducha / bañera, y una con dos literas (dos camas individuales) y una ducha doble. Un área de loft en la parte superior de las escaleras cuenta con un sofá cama doble y TV.

    El complejo de Lyons es pequeño y solo contiene 12 casas adosadas agrupadas alrededor del área de la piscina. Directamente por la puerta de acceso a la playa, con una caminata corta de 4 a 6 minutos, se encuentra un parque de playa administrado por la ciudad con casa de playa, área de juegos para niños, un acceso a la playa bien mantenido y un área de playa vigilada durante los meses de verano.

Nice location

We had a family of nine staying there and we had lots of fun playground was very close by the size of the place was great lots of bathrooms. Lots of bedrooms really enjoyed our stay there.

I stayed here with family for a beach getaway. The house is clean, spacious, and a short walk from a beautiful beach.

Great Stay!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Lyons 12! The home was clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable. Easy beach access. Quiet surroundings. Plenty of amenities. We would love to return!

Family getaway.

Great place to stay. Laid out really well for six adults and three teenagers. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen utensils were plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

HHI Vacation

Had a great time in Hilton Head. The townhome was spacious enough for the 11 of us and the beach was easily accessible via a short 5 minute walk. It was nice having the pool so close on those days we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Great location to restaurants as well. We would rent here again!

Great vacation stay! 6/3-6/10

This spot was perfect for our stay. The location was very convenient and family friendly. It was nice to have a pool that belonged just to the Lyons complex. The pool was very quiet and kept very clean. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location and relaxing environment

We were happy with the close proximity to the beach, close to the free trolly stop, and close to the Westin if you wanted a bar and restaurant within walking distance. The home was a lot more spacious than we initially thought through the online pictures. The pool was very nice as well.

Lots of room for a large family vacation.Private area, long porch for family gathering. Well stocked for a few days, the Owner was available for any questions, Close to everything. Across from the beach entrance. We will be back

Excellent property and location!

The home was spacious and so close to a beach park with beach access. The pool was a plus! Ken, the property manager, reached out to us two days into our stay to make sure everything was going well. There is so much to do close by- movie theaters, shopping, and restaurants! But we spent most of our time at the beach and pool! I highly recommend this property!

Ken is very responsive and a great host. A few very minor misc things need repaired but he did not want to interrupt our stay. Have stayed there for years because of his gracious hospitality

Lovely Home

Lyons 12 is a lovely home in a quiet area. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week with extended family. The host was helpful and check-in was easy. Could not have asked for anything more.

Great location

Our family rents more than one property at the lions in Port Royal. This is the second year we’ve rented this unit and highly recommend it to anyone else. It is so near the beach and also a nice children’s playground. The owner is responsive to any needs. You may have and even offers tips for things to do while at HH.

Quiet Getaway

This property offered everything we were looking for…a great location near the beach and central to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities at the complex were well kept. Our host was very responsive to replacing a broken television. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our winter getaway.

A very good place to Stay on Hilton head

The house is exactly as represented. The pool is visable from the back deck, and the beach is a 3-4 minute walk away. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. Great for our dog too.

Perfect Getaway!

We were quite happy with all this property had to offer. Very well-equipped home with large porch facing a playground and pool. It was a short, easy walk to the beach; lots of beach toys provided by the owner. Comfy furnishings!!

Wonderful Family Spot

This was perfect for a wonderful week with family! The house is roomy with a great floor plan for adults and kids. The house is equipped with plenty of utensils and cookware, along with other needed items. The host responds to questions very quickly and is most helpful. The beach is beautiful and truly just a short walk from the house. The pool area is also just steps away and very clean and nice. The stay at Lyons 12 was a fun experience for all of us!
