Located less than a mile from the beach (where you'll find free beachfront parking), this condo is bordered on two sides by the Fazio Golf Course and surrounded by oak and palmetto trees. This private community is centered around a courtyard with a pool, so be sure to bring your swimsuit!

Family-friendly and comfortable, this condo is just right for a family or a few close friends traveling together. You'll have your own kitchen, living room, and patio, plus a master bedroom and a second lofted bedroom space past a spiral staircase.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo location beautiful. Short drive to beach or take dune buggy. Debby put a damper on things, but last two days were exceptional.

Washing machine and vacuum cleaner did not work. Upstairs loft was very humid and did not have lights. Several outlets did not work and had receptacles very lose and unsafe. Wasps prevented us from using the balconies. Management was rude ans unhelpful. Otherwise good :)

Neat, clean and convenient

We stayed in this property for 3 nights while our own unit in the same area was being painted. The townhouse is neat, clean and conveniently located for access to the Palmetto Dunes amenities, as well as to the rest of the island.

Good location, outdated condo

The property was in a quiet part of Palmetto Dunes. The condo is very outdated - it needs a renovation, deep cleaning (stained carpet and furniture), and minor repairs. Otherwise, it was fine for the price and location.

Comfortable VRBO

The condo was comfortable and quiet. The decor is outdated and needs some refreshing. The upstairs is difficult for children to get to if you have them on this trip. We did not use the upstairs as we were just a couple. The recliner in the living room is dirty and needs replacing. The kitchen cabinets need to be replaced as well. However, the bed and pillows are very comfortable as well as the couch. We would recommend this place but only give it a four due to the needed updates.

Tennis & Pickleball Holiday

We love Palmetto Dunes, and we have a lovely view of the golf course from our balcony. The pool is just a two minute walk away, and the tennis club is just a 5 minute bike ride away. I highly recommend St. Andrews Common!

Review of Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a little more dated than we thought and smelled very musty We had to purchase air fresheners to make it smell better. We wanted to open the windows to air it out and you could tell they hadn’t been opened in a very long time. Some were basically stuck shut.

HHI stay at Palmetto Dunes

We stayed in the St. Andrews Commens section of Palmetto Dunes. This is an excellent location on the island and close to many attractions. This particular unit was comfortable but needs some work. There were light that were burned out and the A/C did not work well, leaving the unit hot in the late afternoon. We like to cook when we travel and were dismayed to find NO hot pads for the oven and minimal dish towels (1) and only 2 dishwasher pods for the entire week.

Awesome CONDO & very clean

CONDO was very clean and conveniently located to just about everything. It was relaxing sitting on the balcony and the complex was quiet. We did not cook any meals there but it seemed like the kitchen had everything you would need. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Cozy and Convenient

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The kitchen had everything needed and the living area was comfortable for lounging. Nice balcony for enjoying the view or just reading a book. We would happily rent this property again!

Dated but clean

The unit was clean but the everything was Very dated, the pictures that were used must have been taken years ago. The ottoman was broken in the master bedroom as well as the doors to the closet was off the track. I took a video upon arriving and sent it to Vacasa and VRBO However, the property was nice and convenient to the beach and shopping.

Clean and great location

Villa very clean and welcoming. Convenient location to restaurants, general store and beach. Only had 1 issue with dryer and it was fixed within a couple hours. Would definitely rent this property again.
