Large Two Bedroom Villa with Ocean Views!

  • You'll enjoy this nicely designed and comfortable two bedroom Windsor Place condominium with ocean views! The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully-equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal. Looking out from the kitchen is the dining room with seating for six. The living room provides plenty of seating for the whole family with HDTV and a slider to your private balcony. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom consists of a double vanity and large custom walk-in shower. On the other side of the condominium is the guest bedroom with two double beds, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom as well. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. Out on your private balcony you'll enjoy views of both the pool area and, of course, the Atlantic Ocean! Windsor Place is located on Ocean Lane and is just a couple away from several restaurants, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and all three Palmetto Dunes championship golf courses.

    Complex pool times are subject to change at any time.

Mixed feelings about this property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a long drive from Upstate NY, we arrived at the Palmetto Dunes Check In office on Queens Folly Road. One of the managers in that office was very rude, saying they mailed my check in packet to my home 2 weeks prior, almost incredulous that I did not receive it. After some back and forth she agreed to produce a new check in package for me. We were instructed to wait at the Dunes House until the packet was ready. Upon arrival at 306 Windsor Place, the condo was perfect. Unfortunately, the pool was littered with debris from the trees and hundreds of caterpillars which caused stinging rashes on my wife and sister. Lastly, I ordered and pre paid for 3 bikes & 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas; HH Outfitters delivered 2 bikes and no beach chairs or umbrellas. This situation was not rectified until Monday of our stay. We were appreciative they comped us our kayak rentals. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but are not accustomed to having to dealing with such problems at Palmetto Dunes, as this was probably my 5th visit.
