Enjoy all the comforts of home at this Palmetto Paradise. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decor create a pleasant ambiance for a group of friends or the entire family. with a full kitchen, mealtimes will be a breeze, as there is ample seating at the dining table, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The shared facilities on-site include a shared fitness facility, pool, hot tub, and sauna. When you have soaked up the sun and taken a dip in the ocean, rinse off the sand in the master bedroom's soaking tub. When the night comes to an end, gather in the living area and watch a favorite movie or show on the flatscreen TV.

What's nearby:
The location of this condo is simply ideal. Just a short walk away is George Fazio Golf Course for a day of friendly competition. The beach is accessible just past the pool area, so pack a picnic and make a day of watching the waves crash on the sand. Go just a bit farther south and you will find Coligny Beach Plaza with beach equipment rentals, local cuisine, and shopping galore! For the most scenic views of the island, rent a few bicycles and ride along the many miles of bike trails!

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.

This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place in Hilton Head

The property is in an excellent location and within 10-15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do in Hilton Head. There is beach access within walking distance from the condo. Everything was clean with well-appointed amenities. One downside is that you are forced to pay for parking for two vehicles even though we only had one rental car. The management team was very responsive to some check- in issues and we got a partial refund to compensate for a water leak but the leak did not impact our stay very much. Thank you to Vacasa / property management for handling everything so well. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Relaxing Fall Break

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room and the beds were extremely comfortable! We had a couple issues when we first arrived, but a couple phone calls and it was taken care of immediately and everyone we spoke with were very helpful to remedy the situation. I would recommend double checking the codes with Vacasa though because the code to get into the unit did not work upon arrival and they gave us the wrong codes for the beach access, however both were fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend this unit to others!!

Beautiful Property

This condo is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The resort itself is lovely with gardens and fountains. Only complaint was an issue at check-in. The door code didn’t work and we had to call to get that rectified. Again on check out day, the door code stopped working before our check out time and that made packing up to leave a challenge. Also, our parking pass had not been generated and so that took additional time at check in to wait in that. The condo and our stay was lovely besides the couple of issues that we had with check in and check out.

Senior Spring Break

We had a wonderful time for our son's senior spring break. Condo was clean and well appointed. The new adult pool and hot tub were absolutely beautiful and were steps away from the beach. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great long weekend here. The boys were close to fishing and the girls enjoyed the beach. The property was clean and near restaurants and mini golf.

Fun and family friendly

Second time at this family friendly condo. The space worked well for my sister and our 4 kids total. Easy walk to the beach. We didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool area so avoided that due to COVID safety concerns. The living room furniture is a bit dated and 2 drawers in bureau were broken on arrival; we lost hot water towards the end of our stay but the property manager responded promptly.

Amazing Location

We spent a few days here and we absolutely loved it! The place itself was beautiful-landscaping, condo, etc. The pool area was nice and had easy access to the beach. My only complaint is that instructions on the check in process were not clear at all. We stood outside for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the keyless entry code.

Palmetto dunes is a great location mid island. The Villemaire units have an exercise facility and indoor pool with hot tub. This was great as the weather one day was very cold. Unit was well equipped and comfortable.

Nice condo but very dirty upon arrival

Great condo but rugs and floor were VERY dirty when we arrived. It had obviously not been vacuumed. I attempted to vacuum myself but vacuum cleaner did not work which I'm sure is reason floors were so dirty. I called main office and new vacuum was brought to condo next day. I was then able to clean entire condo myself. But that was a major turnoff!

Last minute HH vacation at Villamare worked for us

Check in was quick and easy with Wyndham with all you need including coupons and code. Unit was in building 2 which is located in the rear of the property so just a little walk to the pool and beach. Unit was clean and has enough towels and starter soap/body wash and enough bath towels for each bathroom. View overlooks the other buildings and you have a partial view of the ocean. Unit above must have wooden floors as we could hear every move of their furniture and walking. Furnishings were fine but the choice of tapestry upholstery on the couches and chairs with chenille dining tables chairs may not be the best for beach goers. Kitchen was fully stocked but is in need of an update at some point. AC worked just fine but the WiFI would not connect with multiple devices so we used the WiFi from the floor below. We'll be back to Villamare and Palmetto Dunes again as it is a great facility for pool, beach, golf and biking.

Nice condo! Nice decor! 2nd bedroom with queen beds was a plus. No real view of beach.

Property is nice however inside pool closed at 5. It would have been nice if it stayed open a little longer since it was a bit chilly outside. Courtyard is pretty.
