Upon entering the home, you'll find a spacious living area with a large sectional and HDTV. The formal dining area offers the perfect setting for family dinners. The kitchen boasts all stainless appliances, bar seating for 4. The glass sliding doors open up to the amazing outdoor patio with private pool and over-flowing spa. The pool can also be heated to your liking for an additional fee per day. You'll love the outdoor fireplace to cozy up to in the evening after a long, sandy day at the beach. The outdoor grill area offers the perfect place to hang out and enjoy bbq. The pool deck is covered by a lanai so you don't need to worry about any pesky debris! There is a King bedroom with a private bath on the first floor. The second floor bedrooms include a king bed in the second bedroom, 2 queen beds in the third bedroom, 2 full bed with twin trundle beds in the fourth bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the fifth bedroom. All bedrooms have HDTVs and private bathrooms.
