The view from balcony is fabulous!! Amazing sunrises and beautiful sunsets await you!! You will find it hard to leave the balcony to venture anywhere else! Sitting out under the stars at night listening to the waves roll in, it all awaits you in this spectacular ocean front condo.
The Condo offers a full kitchen ready for any gourmet meals you are ready to whip up to enjoy dining in your own ocean view dining area. Wifi and Cable TV..
Walk-in shower and seated makeup area!
We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful Ocean vistas.

Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.

Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

Our beach view was phenomenal! Our condo was everything the site promised… clean, great view and very comfortable bed and furniture. Everything was in working order absolutely no complaints.. easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants

Nice balcony with great views and easy beach access! The property was perfect and such a good location; near shops, grocery, restaurants, etc. Charcoal grills and a pool. Everything you'd want on a beach vacation. Denise was so fast with all communication. We really appreciated her - and hope to stay at this property again!

The owner was very prompt in answering inquiries and even permitted us to rearrange our schedule a bit due to a family emergency. This condo was designed and decorated much nicer than other properties we stayed at in the past at Seaside Villas.

Just Right

The perfect setting for me and my daughter (21) to spend quality time together. The most fabulous sunrise I’ve ever seen! Location, location, location!!!! Now I know I have to get a condo on the ocean! TV’s need better instructions and remote needs new batteries. I’d also suggest leaving parking pass on table. But all great and thank you!

Great Location!

The condo is a great size and location for a couple. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom and shower are well appointed. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The ice maker worked really well, which was great for our grown-up drinks! The AC also works really well. The complex is dated, and the condo was a bit musty, which is normal for being by the beach. A bottle of Febreeze freshened everything up and we didn't notice again! Overall, we had a very nice time!
