Direct Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Villa

Our villa is located within Seaside Villas, a private gated oceanfront community with direct beach access, in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island very near Coligny. The villa is 560 sq ft located on the first floor within Seaside Villas (actually the second floor due to parking under the building). It is one of the very few villas within the complex with direct unobstructed ocean views. Wonderful view of the beach and waves. Watch passing dolphins and shrimp boats right from the balcony. Literally a few steps from the sand, and you can walk to many shops and restaurants in Coligny. It is also short walk to the brand new Hilton Head Low Country Celebration park. Bring or rent bikes and go basically anywhere on the island.

Watch sunrises and ocean views from the balcony while enjoying breakfast. This oceanfront villa is updated for comfortable living with one bedroom, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and a living area.

The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with a flat screen HDTV and separate access to an updated bathroom. A closet and dresser is located in bedroom for storage. The bathroom is updated with a walk in shower, rainfall shower head, and removable shower head. The hallway includes youth sized bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. For another sleeping option, the living area includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. All linens area provided for the villa.

The kitchen is updated and fully stocked, and includes a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Cook local fresh caught seafood right in the unit while enjoying the ocean views.

The living and dining area includes a pull out sofa with foot rests, a chair, and a dining table. There is also a flat screen HDTV in the living area where you can enjoy 100 plus cable channels. Also included in the villa is free wireless internet.

A hallway closet includes beach chairs and kids toys for fun at the beach.

The complex has an elevator for easy access to each floor of the building. The community has a pool, charcoal grills with picnic area, sundeck, bike racks, and coin operated laundry located on each floor of the complex. There is ample parking available.

The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and we loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made meals super convenient.The hall bunks were very small—definitely smaller than a twin—so they really only work for a small child. The pull-out couch mattress wasn’t comfortable at all, as it was mostly springs. We did find an inflatable mattress stored in the unit on our last day, which would’ve been a better option.The bathroom has a barn-style door, which looks nice but doesn’t offer much privacy because of the gaps. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we were all family, but it’s worth mentioning for others.There are two sets of washers and dryers available down the hall—just remember to bring plenty of quarters.Overall, the stay was good! The view and location made it worth it, but I do wish I had known a few of these details ahead of time.

Great location.. first floor balcony ocean view. Comfy bed, slept like a baby. Watched sunrise every morning drinking coffee on the lanai. The lawn and sand dunes housed many small creatures, even saw several deer later in the afternoons. Easy walk to the beach for a morning stroll. Many great restaurants short distance away.

Best location!

This is a nice condo with the most amazing ocean front view!! Walking distance to Coligny Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach! The ONLY downside to this condo is the bedroom. It is very small, like any of them in these buildings, and there is no AC. There is a ceiling fan, which helps a bit, plus a wall fan that is supposed to bring in some of the cooler air which is located down the hall. The wall fan sounds like a jet landing so we didn't keep it on while sleeping as sleeping would have been impossible. If you don't mind being warm when you sleep then this place is great! Nice pool very close as well.

Super location for two

A cozy condo "on" the ocean. We loved having coffee and wine on the balcony. The view was perfect and the property quiet (in October). A short walk on the beach or a nice path to Coligny Beach Park-fun restaurants and shops.

Awesome location!

The location of this condo was perfect! Right on the beach, public access to the beach, walkable distance to Coligny beach and stores. The building was very quiet, friendly and chill! The condo was a little smaller than the pictures depict, I would not have more than 3 people in this condo. It was very well loved but very clean! My husband’s input is to bring your own pillows.

Great location. Great view. Very clean. Great communication. Beach chairs hanging on balcony, for renters use. Loved it. It was a little tight for 2 adults and 2 almost adults. Would be perfect for a couple. Or a young family. 1st floor very easy access. 1 flight of stairs. The view and proximity to the beach outweigh any cons.

Beautiful

We loved the location! The property manager was very communicative and sent helpful tid bits and places to visit in the area. Plenty of linens and stocked condo. The beds were cozy (even the sofa bed!) and the pillows were great. There was a closet with games and magazines and a few beach toys for kiddos. The view was AMAZING!! I can’t wait to come back for a visit. Easy check in and out. We loved our vacation here.
