Excellent place to stay, comfortable beds, nice view from balcony, close to beach. Only suggestion is for furniture on the balcony to be cleaned just before guests arrive — everything inside the condo was clean though. I would definitely stay here again.

I would never recommend this location. The lady that owns the location is impossible to deal with her name is Mary. I could not get into the rental for two days and was not refunded my money. Keep looking do not rent this location. She is absolutely a nightmare.

Lovely condo, made you feel comfortable with the beach theme.

I have stayed at Hilton Head Resort in the past. This unit was clean and accurately represented in the listing. For the price it had everything that I could expect. Communication and expectations from the host were clear and I would likely stay at other properties managed by them in the future. The overall resort facility is definitely showing some wear and tear but the indoor pool is a huge plus if storms roll in. The boardwalk to the beach is long, but I enjoy the scenery along the way and the beach is never crowded compared to many other areas of the island.

Perfect location

Me and a buddy were in town for a golf tournament and this place was perfect. We each had our own space and the two queen beds was a bonus. Center of everything and gave the ability to play anywhere with a short drive. Will stay again if available.

The Alligator View !

The location is great for appreciating the rising sun , the mist on the golf course and the GREAT view of the busy alligator in the pond just off the balcony, also , we are bird lovers and each morning we enjoyed seeing and listening to the more then 19 species we identified…; all while enjoying morning coffee on the balcony , just special and wonderful….thanks

Hilton Head Resort

The property was definitely conveniently located to areas of shopping and eating. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Loved the young lady who greeted us at the gate each time we came back to the property. She had such a sweet smile and wave and was so friendly and helpful as we checked in.

Beautiful home/vacation

The place was warm and cozy and very clean. The floors were very sandy coming in for our initial stay, I wish there was a broom and dust pan and I’d swept it up. Overall it was nice and close to everything. The bar and suvonier shop was a bonus. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, the scenery was beautiful.
