  • SU CASA DE VACACIONES LEJOS DE CASA: ¡Este condominio de primera categoría se actualiza cada año y se encuentra en el EDIFICIO 1! La cocina fue completamente remodelada en diciembre de 2018, así como nuevos pisos y pintura en toda la unidad. Nuestra espaciosa unidad de 3 dormitorios para no fumadores, libre de mascotas, tiene todo lo que necesita para relajarse, desde sillas de playa, tablas de surf, juguetes de arena, enfriadores de playa y un carrito de playa hasta bibliotecas de lectura y video, juegos y rompecabezas. Todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos, incluida SU PROPIA lavadora / secadora. La cocina completamente equipada tiene asientos en el bar para 3, mientras que el comedor tiene 6 sillas y un banco para 2+. El patio privado de la guarida se completa con una mesa y sillas. La sala de estar tiene una pantalla plana HD de 40 'para que pueda disfrutar en días lluviosos o durante las noches con cable y DVD / VCR. Hay pisos de madera en todas partes.

    LA PLAYA: Nuestra playa, una de las últimas privadas en la isla, nunca está llena. Disfrute de la vista de la vida salvaje y del campo de golf Robert Trent Jones en Palmetto Dunes. ¡La locura a la izquierda en la playa es bastante espectacular! Coco's, el único bar privado de cabañas junto a la playa, tendrá todo lo que pueda desear mientras disfruta de la playa: comida, bebidas, mesas y taburetes, un descanso del sol y baños. El BEUT SHUTTLE de 8 pasajeros puede llevarlo hacia y desde la playa si decide no caminar. El paseo marítimo también tiene luces de pie si desea disfrutar de la playa a la luz de la luna, o la vida nocturna en Coco's. ¡Se ha establecido una nueva estación de salvavidas en nuestra playa! El alquiler de sillas y sombrillas también está disponible a través del socorrista.

    SERVICIOS EN LA PROPIEDAD: El complejo cuenta con dos piscinas al aire libre, una piscina cubierta climatizada con piscina para niños, bañera de hidromasaje cubierta y sauna, pista para correr cubierta, sala de ejercicios, seis canchas de tenis iluminadas, bádminton nuevo, mesas de picnic y parrillas, conveniencia en el lugar tienda y delicatessen, voleibol en la playa, ascensores y aparcamiento gratuito. ¡Todo esto está incluido en su tarifa!

    El Hilton Head Resort es una comunidad de playa cerrada las 24 horas, conveniente para senderos para bicicletas, campos de golf, putt putt golf, puertos deportivos, restaurantes, tiendas, cines, cruceros en barco, teatros, museos, etc.

    Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestro condominio. Nuestras compañías de limpieza y mantenimiento son maravillosas, y estuvimos aquí en abril para terminar la limpieza de primavera, relajarnos y descansar. Ven y se nuestro invitado!

Great Stay!

We had an excellent stay in Hilton Head! We really appreciated all the amenities and how responsive David was with getting me some seafood recommendations and additional parking passes. Short walk to the beach and check in and check out process was very easy.

Wonderful condo

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! This is our second time staying at this condo. The two bunks in the one room helps to provide plenty of sleeping space, even for a family of 8 like us!

Amazing Beach!!

We had a great time here for the week! David, the owner, was ready to help quickly when needed. It took usminutes to cross the boardwalk with a slow walking 2 year old. The beach is amazing! Vsand ,just perfect!

Condo amenities with friends

The best parts of this condo are convenience and location. Being in front building is ideal bc shortest walk to beach! Inside is larger than expected and plenty of room for 2 families.

Our villa was great! It had plenty of room and was just as described! I will definitely look forward to renting again on my next visit. We loved the big table! It was also clean and ready for us!

Great time!

Condo was very clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Very spacious. We have stayed at HHR many times over the past 20 years and love the beach, pools, cocos, & the store by the pool for last minute things.

Great place and location

The property was well located and plenty of room for our group of 7. The place had everything we needed to cook and travel to the beach. The walk to the beach over the boardwalk let us see a lot of wildlife, birds, crabs, horseshoe crab and anoles. The outdoor pool on the first floor with a bar and food was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Grad trip

David was super helpful getting our parking passes set-up ahead of time, and he gave us a lot of helpful details prior to our arrival which made our check-in easier. Access to beach was fantastic! It was a great location to celebrate with our newly graduated marine. Also, people are so friendly.

The property was great!! We loved it!! My only suggestion would be to leave written instructions for the television (there were four remotes) and the clothes dryer.

Perfect spot for a family

This is our first time staying at this condo, although we have stayed at this resort for the past 10 years. This is a perfect spot for a family, especially this condo as it is in building 1 closest to the boardwalk and pool! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home at the beach! We will be booking again.

Great place and definitely will be back!!

Everything was great even talking with the owner. He was quick to rectify any questions that came up.Condo was in great shape and we have already decided it's in our future!! The three bedrooms are what we needed and this condo delivered. Had a great time and there was no problems at all. Well worth the money!!

The ice maker never made ice, the air conditioning/furnace filter needed which I do which cooled the condo down to a comfortable temperature. Thank you for the use of your condo.

Hilton head resort.

The property itself was beautiful and the staff were friendly, with the owner providing timely email instructions. However, several issues detracted from the experience. The pool closure rules were not enforced, resulting in late-night noise that disturbed my children. Attempts to contact security or front gate were unsuccessful due to an unresponsive phone number and contacts that no longer work for the company. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the house was subpar, with dust, a moldy shower curtain, stained blankets, used looking hand towels under the sink and old hand soap.

great location

liked the location. the cleanness of the rental left alot to be desired. had to clean both bathrooms they were dirty with mold present on shower and tub. the toliets had a mold ring around water line. the air conditioner did not cool the back half the bedrooms were hot and couldnot get it cooled. the coffee pot quit working and only had one large old frying pan that was hard to regulate temp cooking.the air filter appeared not to have been changed in a while. we cleaned the bathrooms on arrival because family member allergic to mold. i would stay at this resort again but with different room.

Property description misleading

I chose this property because of the owner's description: "Our beach, one of the last private ones on the island, is never crowded". We stayed in unit 1320 for five days and every single day the beach was PACKED with tons of people. It was definitely not a private beach and shouldn't be advertised as such. Also the "8 passenger BEACH SHUTTLE" that was advertised ended up being a 6 person shuttle for the first few days we were there and then became a 3 person shuttle. There were 4 of us. The elevator in Building 1 was closed several times during our stay including during our check-out time when we had to carry all of our suitcases and belongings down 4 flights of stairs. We normally stay at SeaCrest at Coligny Beach (very nice facility with beachfront pools, bar and Coligny Plaza right across the street). The beach was very crowded last time we were there, so I looked for a less crowded beach (the one described at HHR). It was just as crowded as the SeaCrest beach and we missed being walking distance from restaurants and shops. Will be looking to stay elsewhere next time;.
