This 3rd floor one-bedroom condo, located in desirable building C in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, offers a beautiful ocean view from the private balcony and updated living room. Enjoy tile floors and fresh paint throughout the unit. We offer all the comforts of home in the well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a range, large refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, blender, toaster and dishwasher. Save a trip to the grocery store as we provide you with, salt, pepper, a variety of seasonings, sugar, flour, cooking spray, coffee filters, glad wrap, Ziploc bags and aluminum foil.
Take in the expansive ocean view on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning or listen to the seagulls while enjoying a cocktail in the afternoon. Watch a movie or the big game on a brand new (2022) 55” flat screen Smart HD TV in the living room with multiple local channels provided. Login to your account and enjoy expanded viewing on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 26” flat screen Smart TV and plenty of closet space and storage. Kids will love the bunks in the hallway. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bathroom has a sink with ample storage, a newer toilet and a tub/ shower combo. There is a door to the hallway, as well as a private entrance from the master bedroom.
Our villa is steps to the pool, Jamaica Joes and the beach. Save room in the luggage because we provide you with a beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys.
For your convenience we offer towels, wash cloths, dish rags, starter soap, shampoo/ conditioner, dishwashing and laundry detergent (laundry onsite but not in unit), paper towels (2), toilet paper (2), and more.
For your safety, the villa has its own exterior entrance, we offer a contactless check in/ check out process. The unit has been cleaned with anti-viral cleaners before your arrival to ensure a safe vacation. The resort offers 24 hour gated security.
Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is an outstanding, family-friendly complex with something for every vacationer. It has the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island, which includes a kiddy pool. Ten lighted tennis courts and newly added pickleball courts. The little ones will enjoy the new playground. For those looking to burn off those extra vacation calories there is a workout facility on property. Get out and enjoy a peaceful bike ride with bike rentals available on site. HHIB&T boasts three onsite restaurants: Jamaica Joes, an oceanfront bar (seasonal) for food and drinks. Coconutz, a sports bar with local brews, multiple tv’s, pool tables, dart boards and more. And Gator’z, a pizza place with some of the best pizza on the island (delivery available for free Memorial Day to Labor Day). During the summer, the resort has a very well-planned daily activity program for the children.
