  • Welcome to our Ocean Walk condo - short walk to the beaches on Hilton Head Island.

    The condo is new to the rental market (Jan 2025) has been meticulously maintained by the owners for personal enjoyment.

    This centrally located spacious first-floor 2BR/2BA condo invites your family to experience the best of Hilton Head, just a stroll away from the beach. Leave your car behind and embark on leisurely walks or bike rides to explore the charming shops and restaurants at the popular Coligny Plaza.

    A spacious 1250 sq ft condo has one large living room and a smaller sitting room with a day bed. Originally designed as a lock-out unit, the extra space allows privacy with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the unit.

    The kitchen is fully stocked for convenient meal preparation for you and your guests.
    Condo features washer/dryer located in the condo, WIFI, and two living room areas, and big-screen Smart TVs provide all the comforts of home.

    The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers 2 queen beds. An additional day bed is found in the secondary living room. For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore.

    You will have access to a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub. 4 pickleball courts and one tennis court are available on the property

    As a thoughtful touch, starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, and a few snacks.

    Parking is a breeze with free space available for 2 cars per reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older.

    Your privacy is prioritized with an interior entry featuring a security scanner.

    Ocean Walk resort is just a ten minute walk to Coligny Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling.

    Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.

    Celebration Park now open includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and greenspace for public events.

    Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.

Cute, Spacious and Clean

First let's get the bumps out of the way. The building is undergoing stages of renovation. It was not a problem. The unit walks out to what will take you directly to the outdoor pool (when it's finished, it's under construction). The biggest surprise my family faced was discovering that none of the bedroom or bathroom doors lock. They are sliding doors. ALL of them. We quickly worked out the "door closed don't enter" and it was fine. A surprise, but fine. My husband slept fine on the king mattress. I however, could not breathe. I do have histamine issues so most people will probably be fine. I ended up sleeping on an air mattress we brought along in case this happened. An allergy cover over the mattress would likely be helpful. The unit is spacious and very clean. The location is central but driving was necessary. We had a nice stay and recommend the unit, especially once the construction on the pool is complete.

This villa was just as described on VRBO - spacious and comfortable! Being on the 1st floor made it accessible to everything that was offered and it was right next to the outside pool and just a few yards from the inside pool. One thing we learned is that you need to purchase your own toilet paper, paper towels, clothing detergent, etc. There is some offered, but basically only a day/1 load worth.Through no fault of the owner, we DID have to call the manager because several times each day (of the 7 days we were there), there was marijuana smell coming through the vents. He reported it to the HOA but it didn't stop. We figured out which next door neighbor it was coming from but there was nothing else we could do about it. It was strongest at the front door. There was an air filter in the dining/kitchen area which is at the entrance to the villa, so we figure it is constant problem (although the filter did not help). If you can put up with that kind of smell, you should be good. It was quite annoying to us. If it wasn't for the consistent smell, I would say we would make this a villa to use again because it really is the perfect spot in Hilton Head! However, probably won't plan to use it again, unfortunately.

Wonderful vacation

They were doing some construction to the building but the property was very conveniently located on the bottom floor feet away from the out door pool. The couch was very comfy and offered a lot of space in the condo for my family of four. The property manager answered promptly and was very helpful. I would definitely work with Steve again and was pleased with my stay

Perfect choice!

The stay was amazing. The home was bigger than anything we had ever stayed in for the price. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities and restaurants. We loved how close it was to the indoor pool. It made it very easy to be able to have fun with the kids. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Hilton head.

Perfect getaway

We stayed for one week and found that the property met our needs perfectly. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location and it’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, and that it was close enough for us to visit Savannah and Charleston.
