  • Golfers Paradise! Ubicado en el octavo green del icónico Harbour Town Golf Links, justo al otro lado de la calle desde el noveno tee. Recientemente renovado con pintura nueva, televisores de pantalla plana y muebles, 67 Plantation Drive es una verdadera joya de Hilton Head. Cuando ingresa a la casa, es recibido con increíbles vistas del campo de golf, sede del famoso Torneo RBC Hertiage PGA que se celebra cada año en abril. La gran sala de estar y comedor abiertos cuentan con muchos asientos y hermosas vigas a la vista. La cocina remodelada tiene vistas al campo de golf, así como a la piscina y cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una barra de desayuno, mucho espacio de gabinetes y un área de desayuno con capacidad para 4. La habitación familiar tiene un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 65 ", 2 sofás grandes y cómodos, y está rodeada de ventanas con vistas al campo. Hay 4 dormitorios en la casa principal, incluida la suite principal expansiva con cama king size de 4 postes, armario principal y el baño principal del dormitorio principal. El baño principal es notable y se centra en una gran bañera de hidromasaje. Hay tocadores para él y para ella, ducha y estanterías abiertas con toneladas de luz natural. La cubierta posterior de la casa frente a la octava calle del campo de golf y tiene una pequeña laguna entre la casa y el campo. La gran piscina tiene muchos asientos y se puede calentar por un cargo adicional durante los meses de septiembre a mayo. La casa también cuenta con lavadora y secadora, internet inalámbrico y una cocina completamente equipada. January on Hilton Head

Sea Pines is perfectly located on the Harbor Towne golf course. The house has great views and is very comfortable for a large group to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing house and location

This property was wonderful! We had a family of 16 with little kids, it fit us perfectly and the pool was a huge hit. It stayed nice and shaded most of the day, nice and private on the golf course. Walking distance to Harbour Town was fantastic!

Christmas Holiday

Our family gathered in this beautiful home during Christmas. The beds and rooms were comfortable! There was a lot of space and a beautiful landscape. The kitchen was well stocked to create meals. Separate en suite was very nice as well.

Our week was fabulous, always is on HHI! The house was in a great location, easy to bike ride to Salty Dog and Harbor Town was even closer. I feel like the house pictures were a little deceiving though. The kitchen wasn’t near as big as expected. For a house with 6 bedrooms it wasn’t very spacious for several people to be preparing lunch or dinner. The dining room area was big though. The master bedroom and bath were huge, but the others not big at all. We had 8 adults and 6 kids, so took up a lot of space. The pool area very spacious and lots of deck area.

Beautiful Family Home

The property managers couldn’t have been more attentive and informative, the home was lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the pool was a great focal point each day as it was very hot and humid while we were there. We golfed, rode bikes, went to the beach, played pickleball and tennis. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the accommodations were amazing!

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful community. Amenities are close enough to bicycle. There’s a variety of things to do within a short distance. Kitchen items could have been more updated (ex; coffee pot, skillets). in-law suite was a little musty but still nice. Our family would book another stay.

The property is a lovely home and well positioned in the Harbour Town area - right on the 18th green. Our main issues were two fold: 1) the listing didn’t make it clear that access to the guest suite which was referred to as “up stairs” is actually a walk outside and around the house to get to this area - very inconvenient at night and with children. 2) there was a considerable amount of construction underway upon arrival - a repair underway with the pool area and temporary bannisters on the deck. Again, a challenge if you have children.

Great family vacation

My family (7 of us) had a great time last week at this property in Sea Pines. We were a little taken back when we arrived and saw the signs warning not to use certain areas outside the house because of a nesting alligator in the lagoon in the backyard, so that was a little unsettling. We had some sightings, but luckily no close encounters. The house is very nice and large and in a great location.

Amazing!

The house and location was beautiful! Me and my family traveled in for a wedding, and the host was super accommodating around our itinerary and needs. The communication was nothing short of amazing - everyone at Beachside Getaway was extremely friendly and responsive. We ran into an issue with an appliance and they sent someone over immediately! Overall a uper happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Big deck with space for all

My family and I enjoyed the entire week of vacation in Hilton Head. This home was immaculate, well maintained, well stocked, comfortable, and super convenient in Sea Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the alligators in the lagoon outside. Communication with the rental was prompt, clear, and helpful. We were overall thrilled to stay in the home. We had plenty of space for the 11 of us and particularly enjoyed the deck, pool, and outdoor space. We'd highly recommend it to another big group staying together!

Fabulous location and nice home

This home is will suited for multigenerational family groups. The two bedroom suite over the garage is useful for a family with 2 children with a king and bunk beds, small kitchen and living areas. The main house easily sleeps another family and grandparents. Main house has two king bed ensuites and two small double bed bedrooms that share a hall shower bath. Living areas are large and have beautiful views. Pool is very nice kidney shape gunite. Beachside manager is quick to respond and seems to care about renters needs. We told them about a few items that need attention and look forward to another stay

Family Wedding

We were in Hilton Head for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect. The house is amazing. It is right in the heart of Sea Pines with a beautiful view of the golf course. The pool was fantastic., the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, etc., and their was a ton of room to gather and watch the golfers. The guest house was just as well done as the main house. We loved it. This house would be UNBELIEVABLE for the Heritage. I only wish it was available!

Great Place!

Everything was outstanding! Our group of 8 had plenty of room to enjoy togetherness and privacy when we wanted it! We enjoyed watching 3 baby alligators sunning most days! No danger at all for anyone! House was spotless and well furnished! Wish we could have stayed longer! Dr. Bill

Fabulous location in Sea Pines

My wife and I stayed for a week in early February. We really enjoyed the house, and loved the location overlooking the 8th hole at Harbor Town. Very comfortable and relaxed living, with easy access to amenities within Sea Pones, and close proximity to restaurants and shopping off resort. Would absolutely stay again!

Terrific Place

This property was excellent for our needs. Plenty of space to cook, eat, relax, and sleep. Pool and deck are best features of the property. There were 12 of us and we never felt cramped. All of us could be in the pool at same time. Location was perfect. Close to Harbourtown ( 10 minute walk), stores, and the beach. Only suggestion is to provide bedroom dimensions in description. The one bedroom with a queen bed was tiny and no closet. We would rent again. The 2 bedroom space over the garage was a perfect spot for quiet time and Grandpa/Grandma and grandkids.

Spring Break

Perfect location in Sea Pines on Harbour Town. You’re @ 400 yards from the HT clubhouse. House is perfect for families, would be ideal for a golf trip as well. In-law suite is outstanding, great place overall.

Great house and location

The house was extremely clean, updated and comfortable. The views of the golf course are stunning. We played golf every day and the proximity to Harbor Town was great. The management responded immediately to a question about the air conditioning. We had an excellent experience overall.

Awesome!

This property was set up so we'll for our group. Plenty of room to spread out but also dine together in the dining room. Pool and back deck were the stars!
