Just a short walk down Folly Field to the beach & locally managed by the Owner. This brand new beach house has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Comes with Linens, Bath towle's sets for all the guests & pool towles. An Amazing bunk room/play room with 6 full size bunk beds, high end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, dining for the entire crew, 2 huge balconies with lovely lagoon views, large outdoor living area with television and shaded pool. We have thought of everything & are at your service!

This house was perfect! We had 10 kids (3 families) and 5 adults on the spring break trip. Easy access to shops, events and walking distance to the beach. Full kitchen very well stocked for cooking meals. The pool was epic, kids couldnt wait to swim.an play. Property manager was incredibly responsive. Everyone is asking to book it again next spring break!

We were here for Marine Corp gradiation and we loved all the room in the house. The drive to get to the base early in the morning for the Moto run and graduation day is easy with no one on the roads at that time. We were even able to put one adult per bunk in the bunk room. We ended up having 22 total staying in the house and were also able to put a two queen size air matresses and one single air matress on the floor of the bunk room and you can also fit a queen size air matress in the seating area of the upstairs double queen room if needed. There was plenty of seating in the property and plenty of cooking equipment and tools. There is street parking during the day but not allowed at night, we had to park two cars in the garage and then fit 4 in the driveway with 2 being large trucks and suvs. We did park one car at a large commercial parking lot overnight. This is one of the very few units we saw in this neighborhood that did not charge extra for using the elevator or heating the pool which our kids did use. The owners were very reaponsice through the app, responding in minutes. Instructions were clear and there was not a tone of extra work requested when checking out either. Theybdid provide a welcome basket of snacks, k cups, and had some hotel size loitions, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. If staying outside of 1 night you will want to grab some normal size items. We have saved this property in case another child of ours decides the Marines are in their futur

Family Weekend

We spent the weekend at the property. There were 10 adults, including my 90 year old grandparents and 7 children whose ages ranged from 3-7. The owners were so responsive prior to our stay answering all our questions and left us with all the information we needed in a very helpful binder. The property itself was so wonderful well stocked with any and everything you could think of. I cannot say enough great things about our experience, and we will definitely be back.

From communication before arrival to the last minute in the property a top notch experience. Well located for biking, beach access, and our Vandermeer Shipyard tennis clinics. Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay at Josh’s home! The house was beautiful, just as pictured and described. The location couldn’t be more convenient with the beach a very walkable or bikable distance in one direction and the new Lucky Beach restaurant just a four minute walk in the other. The kids room was perfect for our kid group, ranging from 7-13 because each bunk had its own little cubby space for quiet time or privacy.

Fantastic Family Vacation 🌟

We had 13 people from 1 year old to 59 years old. 4 families with 5 children and one teenager. House was beautiful and spacious. Pool was a huge hit from morning noon and night! House was thoroughly supplied with towels and kitchenware! Elevator was a huge hit and child proof. Location was wonderful, a little bit of a walk to the beach but wagons were wonderful. Parking at the beach was reasonable priced if driving is more appropriate. Josh was fantastic and helpful even when we had a vehicle issue! 5 star rating from us! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing house on Hilton Head

We had 8 adults and 6 children, ages 2-8. There was plenty of room for everyone! It was a quick walk to the beach and was close enough to go back and forth a couple of times a day. The pool was by far the biggest hit! For the days when the sun was just too hot or we’d had enough, the covered pool was perfect! The one time that we had questions about the internet ( it was a short island-wide outage), we got a quick response from Josh. We could not have asked for a better location for our vacation!! Thank you!!!

GIRL SCOUT FUN !! Troop 14866 Conyers GA

My 9 high school girls and 7 moms had a blast. We all slept comfortably and their were plenty of bathrooms that no one had to wait for anyone to come out. The heated pool was a hit & convenient. The house is huge, spacious, & the location is perfect, very close to Walmart,Publix, & everything else. Only 8 miles from the Dolphin Cruise & Kayaking. We parked 5 vehicles. Josh was a pleasure to work with , knowledgeable of the area, & even stopped by with his high powered air hose to inflate all the girls floats. We walked to the beach, drove 17 miles to Tanger Outlet for the teens to shop. They found a cosmetics shop there that had great prices on name brands like MAC & Clinique. We all left with a bag from that store. The house already has beach chairs, wagons to haul stuff to the beach, ,coolers, & other beach stuff. The balconies had great views, and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and all utensils you could possibly need. We would love to come back !
