The Space:

Welcome to your private coastal sanctuary at 54 Folly Field Road. This meticulously renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers a sophisticated blend of modern luxury and relaxed beach living. The heart of the home is a state-of-the-art kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, professional-grade stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink, all centered around a spacious island perfect for morning coffee.

The open-concept living area features luxury coastal flooring and an extra-large smart TV mounted over an elegant electric fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead you to the crown jewel of the property: a fully fenced, private backyard oasis. Here, you can enjoy a kidney-shaped heated pool with a dedicated lounging deck, a professional outdoor kitchen with a built-in GE Profile grill, and a secondary fireplace for evening relaxation.

The sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort:

Primary Bedroom: King Bed with private en-suite access.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen Bed.

Bedroom 3: Versatile Bunk and Day Bed setup.

Living Room: High-quality pull-out sofa for additional guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV. The renovated bathrooms offer a spa-like.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, private pool, and backyard. Access to Folly Field Beach is exceptionally convenient via a private entrance for local guests just two blocks away, or through the public entrance at Folly Field Beach Park. The property includes a driveway for on-site parking.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating: The pool is heated for guest comfort; however, please note that the heater cannot operate when ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees (typically December through March).

Kitchen Provisions: While we provide a full set of cookware, plates, and utensils, please note that cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) and chopsticks are not provided.

Island Activities: The property is situated directly near Hilton Head’s famous 50-mile bike trail system. We recommend renting bikes to explore the nearby Port Royal golf courses and the Westin Resort’s spa.

Pet Policy/Gym: Please note that there is no gym on-site, and the property is a non-smoking environment.

Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our recent family vacation. The home was the perfect size for our group (4 adults, 2 kids) spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. It had every amenity we could have needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms, and nice living spaces both indoor and outdoor. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a short walk to the beach.The property management company was great- friendly, responsive, and professional. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they made sure we felt welcome and taken care of from start to finish.We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This was a truly beautiful home with all the high end amenities. It was a convenient location with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The heated pool and beautiful outdoor areas were a plus! Can't wait to go back!

Great little house and location. Extremely difficult to find in the dark however. I suggest putting a light on the 54. Like many VRBO's the items in the house are very cheap. The add says coffee, etc. included but it only means what someone has left behind. I expected a full layout. I went and bought my own. The a/c vent on the ceiling in the hall has not been cleaned in months and months. All said, I would stay here again.

Stop looking- this is the perfect place!

Quiet neighborhood, wonderful outdoor space, short walk to the beach. Clean and spacious floor plan for family to gather. Pool, outdoor shower and grill. Management company was superb answering questions!

Lovely property

We stayed at the Folly Beach property for spring break. The home was beautiful! Very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice table for eating, puzzles and games with the family. Well-stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Pool was fun and outdoor area was lovely. I would definitely rent again. We rented bikes that were delivered to the property and we enjoyed easy access to bike paths. My favorite thing was our morning bike rides to Paris Baguette for coffee and amazing pastries! Beach is a short walk (very short bike ride!) from the home. It was too cold to swim in ocean, but we did walk on beach. Sooo many great restaurants a short drive away, but also one that was great to bike to for lunch or dinner. Thank you to the owners and propert manager for a great experience

Pretty and New

The house was perfect! We needed something close to Port Royal that fit 6 adults. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful! Everything was clean and new! The only tiny flaw we had was intermittent internet service but we did not report as it did not impact what we were there for. Thank you so much for a beautiful visit!

Vacation at The Beach House

Overall we had an excellent vacation at The Beach House. The house was well equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen to include high-end appliances. The kids and family very much appreciated the close proximity to the beach. After walking back from the beach, the outdoor shower was a nice touch. The outdoor shower allowed the family to rinse the sand off and all of the beach gear provided. The beach wagon was a nice amenity. If I had to nitpick…it would have been nice to have a vacuum for the house or swifter. And the pool wasn’t cleaned until our last day at the house. But once again, the family and I had a great stay at The Beach House and would DEFINITELY stay again.
