3405 Windsor Court South is a beautiful, bright 2-bedroom condo that has plank style wood floors throughout. Each room is beautifully decorated with beach décor. The dining room is to the left as you walk in and has a glass topped table that seats six. Off to the right is the beautifully renovated kitchen with four blue cushioned chairs at counter, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. There is even a built-in corner coffee bar with shelves.
Behind the pocket door in the back of the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The living room has a built-in hutch painted navy blue with a mirrored background and glass shelves. This is a great accent to the room. There is a light brown sofa with a matching love seat that opens to a full-sized bed, two accent chairs and a 55” TV. The sliding doors open to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table for four and two additional chairs. The balcony overlooks the complex pool, beautiful, landscaped yard and out to the ocean.

The master suite is off the living room and has new hardwood floors, king bed and a 48” TV. You have the same beautiful views as the living room and balcony. The newly renovated master suite bathroom has a double vanity with granite counter top, soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom also has new hardwood floors and can be found on the other side of the kitchen after the bathroom which has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The bedroom has two twin beds, two chairs and a 46” TV. This bedroom has access to the balcony shared with the living room.

The Windsor Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and a gas grilling area just off of the beach. There is also an elevator and covered parking for your convenience. 3405 Windsor Court South is a beautiful, bright and luxurious space for you to enjoy the ocean views from almost any room, a sea breeze out on the balcony, and all of the amenities that Windsor Court South and Palmetto Dunes have to offer.
