This spacious, 5-bed, 5-bath beach home is the perfect island escape. Nestled in the trees of beautiful Palmetto Dunes, this 2nd-row home is only a few sandy steps from the beach. This home has a mix of tiled floors and hardwood floors and is beautifully decorated with coastal décor.
A lovely entryway invites you into a grand space with two living rooms boasting huge floor to ceiling windows with amazing views and a large dining room with a gorgeous kitchen. The living room has hardwood floors, high ceilings with exposed beams, a beige sectional couch, two blue and gray armchairs, and a 75” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. The glass door opens to the very spacious and relaxing pool patio. The pool has a nice waterfall feature. There is a Weber gas grill, six lounge chairs, four Adirondack chairs, and an umbrella table that seats four. This pool area has everything you need for fun in the sun whether sunning, swimming, dining, or grilling.
Back inside, to the left of the entrance, is the dining room where there is a large table that seats eight. Adjacent to this is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a L-shaped counter plus an island, three stools at the island and two more at the countertop. Plenty of room to sit with some snacks while the chef prepares the meal. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Going outside the laundry room door brings you to the outdoor shower, which is right next to the beach path. A great place to wash off after coming back from the beach. Next to the kitchen is a comfortable sitting area with a blue love seat, a gray oversized chair, an armchair, and a 50” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. The sliding doors open to the pool patio.
To the right of the entrance are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, hardwood floors, a chair, and access to the pool patio. The hall bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a chair, a 32” TV, and access to the pool patio. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a single granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, both bedrooms have amazing balconies with views of the pool. The first bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, chaise lounge, and a 32” TV. The sliding door opens to a private balcony that overlooks the pool. This room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, large walk-in closet, and a double granite topped vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, oversized gray chair with ottoman, fireplace, and a built-in bookcase where the 32” TV sits. The sliding door gives you access to the private balcony overlooking the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and a walk-in shower.
At the end of the hall is a fun bunk suite that is an ultimate hang-out space with lots of room for reading, movies, and family games. This spacious room has high ceilings, hardwood floors, a Navy-blue couch and matching loveseat, 47” TV, and two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). The private bath has a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
