One of the nicest units in the entire Resort! This Condo is in Building 'C'...(C-129) 1st Floor ... 50 Yards to Island's Largest Pool, 100 yards to the sand. You can't get any closer to the Pool and Beach access than this unit.

This Non-Smoking condo has Master bedroom with King Size bed. Living room with queen sleeper, Flat Screen TV in Bedroom and Living Room, FREE Wifi,
Smart TV’s in Living and Bedroom. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee pot for multiple cups of coffee (filters provided), as well as a Keurig (K-cup) (no coffee is supplied). Dining Table seats Four. All the Dishes and Utensils that you can think of.

Ceiling Fans are in the Living and Bedroom, which is also an upgrade as all Resort units were not built with them in mind. Personal work was done in order to wire the unit to make this happen.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.
*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collect. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
