  • Esta casa unifamiliar de 5 habitaciones, 5 baños y 5 baños será un oasis en una isla que no querrá dejar. Deléitese con comodidades tales como una piscina privada, una decoración de diseño y electrodomésticos de última generación, así como garajes dobles y un amplio camino de entrada.



    El nivel de la piscina del primer piso cuenta con una acogedora sala de estar decorada con un motivo tropical. También hay un baño completo con ducha de pie.   Puertas corredizas de vidrio que lo llevarán al patio y al área de la piscina, que incluye una ducha al aire libre para limpiar la arena después de un largo día en la playa. También hay un dormitorio privado en este nivel con una cama doble.



    En el segundo piso está el salón principal con chimenea y muchos asientos para toda la familia. La cocina completamente funcional con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable también se encuentra en este nivel.  Después de cocinar una deliciosa comida en esta hermosa cocina, querrá sentarse en el comedor formal que cuenta con asientos para 8 personas. Hay asientos adicionales en la cocina en la barra de desayuno.   En el mismo nivel también encontrará la lavadora y secadora completas y la suite principal con cama King, televisor y baño privado que incluye un lavamanos doble y una ducha a ras de suelo. 



    En la 3ª planta, encontrará los otros 3 dormitorios, que incluyen otra suite principal con cama king size, balcón privado y baño privado con bañera y ducha de pie.  También hay un dormitorio de matrimonio y un dormitorio con 2 camas dobles. Ambas habitaciones tienen su propio baño privado y TV.



    El servicio de traslado a la playa Crabline está disponible en el Día de los Caídos, el Día del Trabajo.



    Crabline Court se encuentra en el área de Mid-Island de Hilton Head, ubicada entre Palmetto Dunes Resort y Port Royal Plantation. Esta área ofrece proximidad a playas con poca gente del Océano Atlántico, restaurantes, centros comerciales y centros de entretenimiento familiar. El parque Chaplin, que ofrece tenis gratis, un gran campo de juego y un parque para perros, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie.

Great house

Overall, the house was great. Location was quiet. House was just OK clean as the cleaners aren't completely thorough. Location is perfect for four adults for a golf vacation. Central to many good golf courses (within a 20 minute drive) as well as restaurants, liquor store and grocery stores

A birthday getaway

The house was nice. I enjoy staying in their neighborhood. Quiet I will never get my broom and mop wasn’t in the house and I think you should have one kept having trouble with the remote control to the TVs TV show. Good but getting confused with the remote need but overall, it was a pretty good day to mark the remotes.

There were several issues with the property. To start, the photographs online are false advertising—they do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. The home was dirty throughout, especially the carpets and outdoor areas. The pool was dirty and the backyard was unusable due to overgrowth and bug infestation. The front stairs were covered in mildew and hazardous to walk on. The bed in the master bedroom was just a mattress on the ground with no bed frame. One of the beds upstairs had a detached headboard that fell on the bed when our guests got in the bed at night. The TV in that bedroom didn’t work, and the closet door was off the hinges. The knobs in one upstairs bathroom were falling off. The light above the stairs leading to the attic could not be turned off. Several electrical sockets sparked, and some didn’t work at all. And several vents and bathrooms had mold. The downstairs bathroom was unusable due to bugs and mold, and the downstairs bedroom was infested with bugs. Two toilets in the house were loose off the wall. Half of the garage was full of junk. When we contacted property management to report our issues, they were not at all accommodating. We had several pre-booked excursions and were not going to be at the property during the limited hours they reportedly had available to make repairs, and when we told them this, they were rude. And the managers only seemed concerned about the broken headboard and none of the other issues.

Beautiful house and area

The house was exactly as described. It was very nice, clean, and the rooms were big and comfortable. The house/community was about .5 mile to the beach and the beach WAS PERFECT. Not too many people and the water was nice and warm. The only issue we had was the lack of communication from the property manager. We were not given all of the info for the property and community. The neighbor gave us the number to the guy that brings you to the beach in a golf cart. Then the guy that brings you to the beach gave us the code to the gate that gets you into the community after hours. I later texted the property manager and asked them for this info, and they gave it to us, but we should have been given this information when we first checked in. Overall it was a very nice vacation and home.

Great time, but won't rent this house again

We always enjoy our time at Hilton Head. With that being said, this is some of what we encountered regarding this rental property: Pool could have been cleaner, even after the pool cleaner showed up, it was still dirty and no one wanted to use it. Other houses had very clean pools. Definitely need a bigger hot water heater. No hot water after 3 showers. We had 3 couples and 2 singles in the house. Had to rush to shower to leave hot water for other people, or strategically plan when to shower. TV remote didn’t work in the main room, had to use the Roku remote from the bedroom for the TV in the main room. Also, the TV was small for such a big main room. Actually, all the TV’s were small. And instructions would have been great for the main room. TV in the sitting room downstairs by the pool didn’t work. Air conditioner filter in bedroom on 1st floor needed to be cleaned (we cleaned it before turning unit on) They power washed the house, which was fine (rental company called to confirm before they came out), but we were left with a swimming pool of water at the front door. We had to take a broom and sweep away the water the best we could so we didn't track water all in the house. Toilet in the ½ bath constantly ran and we had to make sure to lift the handle after flushing. Toilet handle in the 2nd floor bedroom came off, but husband replaced as best he could. Smoke alarm needs battery changed, it kept chirping. We had to “clean” the garage so we could use it. There was a hose, and propane tanks and misc wood scattered all over. We had 4 cars, so we had to utilize the garage. The pin pad didn’t work to open the garage from the outside so we had to go in the house and downstairs to open the garage every time. Couch could have been bigger to accommodate the number of people in the house. Suggest putting a refrigerator in the sitting room by the pool for extra storage. Definitely nowhere to put in the garage. Kitchen was nice with extra seating and was stocked with lots of pots/pans/plates/utensils. Sunset Rentals was good to deal with. Sent the door code and gate code in plenty time, and we were able to check in at the started check in time. Bikes were there when we arrived. Overall, it was enjoyable stay. Just won't rent this house again.

FYI

FYI...there were property issues when we arrived and when there which I think someone needs to be aware of: 1. the toilet in master bedroom runs constantly and is stained from constant running. I would think it should be fixed. I had to close bathroom door to eliminate noise at night 2. upstairs master bedrooms bathroom toilet handle would not flush so manually had to open toilet top and flush 3. minimal hot water...after 1 person took a shower the rest of showers were cold 4.Pool overflowing...pool cleaning person left hose running all day and was soon to come into house through sliding doors. We were gone all day and came home to find it. 5 no cleaning supplies...we were there 15 days and would have liked to have a vacuum, kitchen cleaner , trash bags, toilet cleaner to keep the house tidy. We did buy most of these cleaning supplies, except bathroom, but felt for the time frame we were there there should have been more supplies. 6. Needs updating outside on stairs to house. The cement railings were crumbling and falling off house..Had not seen that in picture Overall I would not rent again. Was not real happy with property. Just felt like it had not been kept up well. I do love Hilton Head so that made it easy. I worked at the Chamber of Commerce in the 80s and we've have had a house on the island for 30 years in Hilton Head Plantation We were in between selling the house and lookin for a new place so thats why we rented
