  • Traiga a su familia, su mascota, algunos amigos, y aún así encontrará mucho espacio para descansar y relajarse en esta casa individual elevada de 3,100 pies cuadrados con 5 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños. Disfruta del aire libre en el patio trasero cercado con piscina privada, que se puede calentar por un cargo adicional, bar con fregadero y parrilla de carbón, descansando en uno de los tres porches o durante una caminata corta de 10 minutos que te llevará a la playa. 



    Su tiempo en el interior será igual de agradable cuando disfrute de las comodidades disponibles. La cocina gourmet tiene asientos en taburete para 4 personas, además de un área de desayuno separada. El comedor es espacioso y adecuado para la cena formal. La gran sala de estar soleada proporcionará el ambiente perfecto para las reuniones nocturnas. 



    La suite principal, ubicada en el segundo piso, tiene una cama king-size y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. Las habitaciones 2, 3 y 4 tienen camas queen y la quinta habitación tiene 2 camas dobles. 



    Además, la casa tiene 7 televisores, 2 de los cuales tienen pantallas planas de 32 "y acceso inalámbrico a Internet. Hay 6 DVD y 2 VCR.



    Crabline Court se encuentra en el área de Mid-Island de Hilton Head, ubicada entre Palmetto Dunes Resort y Port Royal Plantation. Esta área ofrece proximidad a las playas del océano Atlántico, restaurantes, tiendas y centros de entretenimiento familiar. El parque Chaplin, que ofrece tenis gratuito, un gran campo de juego y un parque para perros, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie.

Pictures online are not accurate.Lots of stairs in this property. Patio area, grill, outdoor sink, countertop, pool, backyard, carpets were not cleaned. This property needs some work and repairs done. List was sent to management company. Thank you.

Great location for Pet Owners

Being near Burke's Beach is great for anyone bringing a Pet to HHI. This location was also central to the best golf in palmetto dunes and Sea Pines. Plenty of resturants within a 5 minute drive. 2 grocery stores within 5 mins. Very convenient and a 10 minute walk to the dog friendly beach.

The property was adequate for our stay, but it is noticeably older and in need of updates and general maintenance. Several issues impacted our experience, including a microwave that did not work, an ice maker that was nonfunctional, a front door lock that frequently malfunctioned, and a master bathroom sink that have trouble draining. The exterior also appeared to be lacking regular upkeep, with a dirty porch and deck that contributed to the overall feeling that the property was not being well maintained.The biggest disappointment was the pool area, which was a primary reason we chose this property. The pool itself is quite small, and the backyard trees are severely overgrown, making the space feel closed in and neglected. Combined with the dirty deck and lack of landscaping maintenance, the outdoor area was far less appealing than the listing photos suggested and did not provide the relaxing vacation atmosphere we had expected.With some investment in maintenance and improvements, this property could be much more enjoyable. However, as it stands, the outdoor amenities and overall condition did not meet our expectations for a vacation rental.

There was no Keurig which was incredibly disappointing. We had to go buy coffee. This is the 21st century, right? There were other minor issues. Probably would never stay again.

Great location, clean, lots of space

Really happy with this house and our stay! The house was clean, lots of space, lots of bed rooms and beds, generally updated bathrooms, walk to beach or ride the golf cart shuttle, beach was absolutely beautiful. Close to restaurants and coffee, good amount of parking/garage. Easy check in and garage access. The one thing I wish they would pay attention to was the pool and yard area. The pool was fine but didn’t seem to be “on” so the pool was a little dirty just needed the filter on and maybe bottom swept but we still used it. The yard just needs a little TLC so people would want to spend more time down there. Overall was really happy and had a great stay! Would stay again!

I called the property mgr and the lady that answered the phone (I think her name was Laura) said as snarky. She said she wasn’t “my” property mgr and would send a message. I never heard back. I called about the horrid condo of the house. I called yesterday morning saying the dishwasher (that we were told on day 1 not to use bc it was broken- and we didn’t use) was pouring out water on the hard woods- Maintenance didn’t show up until late in the afternoon. The water was very smelly. We put towels down to soak it up. And when he did - we were sitting in the living room and he just walked in- didn’t even knock. The pool was dirty. The shower had soap scum in the soap dish. There is water damage in a lot of the windows with peeling paint where small children can get to. The garage door came off the hinges and did t get repaired for two days so it stayed up for those two days. we felt that was a safety issue. mold in the upstairs bathroom. the carpets are DISGUSTING. so many gross stains. this place is very worn down and not maintained. Definitely not worth what we paid. I told prop mgt all of this and haven’t heard back from them.

Horrible Property Managers - Property not fully functional and filthy

Sunset rentals are the worst property managers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Bonnie and Christine, in particular, were rude, condescending and simply ignorant in our conversations. The property is clearly advertised highlighting the private pool. Its the only reason my wife and I rented that unit. I checked in on Saturday and the pool was broken and unusable until mid-day on Tuesday. Half of our vacation we were unable to use the pool. When I complained to Bonnie and Christine, all I got back was rudeness and being told it was no big deal and they would not do anything. When I pressed them for some type of compensation, they wanted to give me $25 per day for 3 days. Unacceptable. I wanted approximately what I paid for atleast 1 night's stay ( including fees and taxes) ...approx. $400. Moreover, the unit was filthy when we got there, items were broken, TV's were not working, the bedding was a mess, towels were stained and there was a used bar soap left in one of the showers when we first got there. Simple proof that no one went through the place and cleaned it thoroughly. I can only imagine what else they did not clean. Between all of that, I was being very generous asking for only $400 be refunded to me, but they chose not to agree to that. Additionally, Bonnie tried to threaten me with fake accusations of things we did in the unit, or exaggerated things that are totally normal when people stay in a unit. I will NEVER do business with sunset rentals ever again.

Overall good

We’ve stayed in houses on this street before and loved it. This time was overall no different, with the exception that we expected to have a pool and were never able to get in it because it was so dirty. We contacted the manager to notify them that the pump wasn’t working, which they quickly fixed, but the pool wasn’t cleaned and the filtering didn’t do the job. Property management company is super quick and responsive, so we’re pleased with them, but I would definitely pick a different house in the future.

Awesome Property with Amenities in abundance

My family and me had a wonderful stay here. It was a great to be able to mingle with the neighbors and the whole area is dog friendly. Stars across the board!

Hilton Head fun

We enjoyed this property with our children and grandchildren. The location was great and we were very close to the beach. The house was clean but a little dated. We were very disappointed with the condition of the pool and backyard area. The pool was stained and sandy and didn’t filter well. The backyard has been neglected and could use much needed attention.

Super comfortable vacation home

My family of 8 plus puppy stayed for the week and really enjoyed the home so much. We didn’t lack anything. The pool area just needs a bit of finishing but was just fine for our purposes. Thank you for having us - we would be happy to return !

Good Beach Access

The house was clean but the back yard pool area needed cleaning. The back yard needs grass and tree branches removed. The pool remains cold even in July due to the shade. The kitchen is great and well stocked. Fun bike ride or take the free golf cart shuttle to the beach.

Fun in Hilton Head

The property was everything we could ask for. The house was very clean except for the pool. The air conditioner was not working when we first got there and management got right on it and sent someone to fix right away. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably the best I have seen. I would recommend this property for any family or group. We had a great vacation. The beach was very nice.

Great location

Well equipped house - great for 6 kids and 6 adults. Very clean inside. Carpets a little stained and back yard could use a clean up but proximity to playground, crabbing and the beach was a Bonus

HHI

We had never booked a rental house in HHI and this was pretty easy. The location was as listed and was pet friendly. The "backyard" could use a cleanup, but the the house was nicely decorated and clean.

The house was spacious and accommodated our needs well. The house had some issues, but Louise at Sunset Rentals was very professional and dealt with any problems in an very timely manner and to our satisfaction. The house has quite a few steps and may not be suitable for older travelers.
