  • Los huéspedes que se alojen en Shorewood 201 disfrutan de vistas panorámicas del Océano Atlántico y la playa hasta donde llega la vista. Después de horas de surf, los turistas regresan del océano a través de la pasarela de la playa privada y luego se sumergen en la piscina frente al mar o en un spa climatizado según la estación. La piscina está climatizada del 1 de marzo al 30 de abril y del 1 de octubre al 30 de noviembre. Los niños pequeños tienen una piscina para niños separada. Shorewood es un edificio con ascensor de cinco pisos ubicado en South Forest Beach. Entre las comodidades que se ofrecen en toda la isla Hilton Head, Shorewood está a dos cuadras del mercado de Coligny Beach, un pintoresco centro de la ciudad que ofrece a los huéspedes una amplia selección de restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento para todas las edades. Unit was exactly as pictured, clean and nicely furnished No surprises. View was enjoyable. The weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy patio however we’re able to enjoy the view from inside

Beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views and a very short, easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. This location is close to Coligny and an easy drive to many restaurant options. We will definitely stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bath tub had red/brown water come out could not use. Master bedroom shower backed up. Drains not left on door.

We had a great week in the condo. Perfect location --close to the beach and restaurants. The interior is starting to show some wear and needs a little updating/refreshing.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

The condo was very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only issue that I had was that the beds were a bit worn.. Great location near everything.

Perfect View!

Beautiful room, perfect view of the beach AND the pool, clean, close to Coligny, excellent communication, easy check-in/out! This corner unit overlooking the beautiful pool was absolutely perfect!!!!

Beautiful and perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The corner location is a plus, amazing view of both the pool and the ocean. Very spacious and beautiful new remodel bathrooms. To have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are wonderful. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has nice shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and location!

Condo was clean and very well decorated. I would stay there again. The tvs were very difficult to use and could have used instructions. But overall great stay!

Perfect spot for a Beach Stay

Beach week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location were excellent. But we did encounter a few issues. The air conditioning did not work well in 2 was hot & muggy. Fans helped but not great for sleeping. They checked it out and said the unit was new. The dryer was broken and ripped 2 items of clothing. The managers did replace it the next day. There was a very strong "sulfur" smell in the washing machine water and the master bathroom. Had to "live" with it. Very little storage for beach items and bathroom items. The unit is beautiful, we loved the location and the pool. The dining/living area was beautiful and spacious. Not sure we will book this unit again mostly because of the A/C problems.

Updating and cleanliness.

This is the third year we have stayed at Shorewood. Did not like the fact we had to stop by rental office to pick up parking passes and swim bands. They have always been in our room before. The email I received said we could call, email or come by office to get code. That apparently didn’t matter because no parking pass or swim bands. The unit itself had been updated, but not enough for what they charged per week. I was expecting a lot more. All the bathrooms were nicely updated. The mattresses needed to be replaced. The refrigerator seal did not close properly. Had to give it an extra shove to get it to completely close. Dryer needed to be replaced. It took towels almost 3 hours to dry. Ridiculous! Speaking of towels, only 1 washcloth per person? So we had to wash frequently and then took forever to dry. Light over stove did not work. So many little things that needed attention. Could have been really nice with a little attention. The unit was not as clean as I would have expected. Dust bunnies in closets and various other places. Needs a deep cleaning. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I also appreciate being honest and letting others know what to expect.

wonderful week and a half

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 201 for the last 7 years and it feels like our 2nd home. We really love this unit and Shorewood. The refrig door does not close completely and the repair man was in to work on the ice maker but we still had no ice. We also would have liked to have a broom to sweep up the floors and the patio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as expected. It was a very spacious 3 bedroom condo that was beautifully decorated in an amazing location.The downside was the smell of the condo. It was VERY musty and we couldn’t clear it out. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t get a response from the office when asking for help with it. Also, there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, we had to use the other bathrooms for showers.
