A friend and I met for a long weekend. The property was great, the weather was amazing, and the host was quick with communicating. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great about the condo. The towels were nice and not cheap hotel towels. The beds were comfy. The condo was a quick walk to the beach. Communication was quick and the owners were very nice and helpful answering all our questions. Definitely recommend.

No WiFi! Little bit of a walk to the beach, owners very responsive.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. I think the hardest adjustment was being off the grid in the room. However we made the best of it. The walk to the beach, definitely need a collapsible wagon so I would highly recommend that purchase beforehand. We didn't know we had to purchase an extra parking pass through Matt but he was quick to work that out with the front desk. It was 35 but Matt waived that due to the internet/wifi issue. Oh yeah, bring cards! We had a great time overall and would recommend it to others!

Villa looked just like pictures. Clean, smelled good, everything worked in room, easy check in, room faced the pond, and we cant wait to come back!!Owners got right back to me as soon as I messaged. Easy to work with and very nice!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The resort has everything you need, most importantly, a less than five minute walk to an absolutely beautiful beach! The condo was nice and quiet-right next to the tennis and pickleball courts. The resort staff is very helpful and security patrols the parking areas regularly. This was such a great value for us and our two kids (ages 10&14). The condo came with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc! Everything but beach towels (so bring or go to Walmart a few miles away like me :). We cooked most meals in (kitchen was great) and ordered wings from the onsite restaurant (wings were delish!!!) We would definitely stay here again- easy, breezy, relaxing and fun. Thank you to the owners and the resort staff for such a fun vacay!

The condo was perfect for our family of five, including three young kids! Though the beach is only a five minute walk, we drove to a closer parking lot near the pool with beach access. There was never an issue finding a close parking spot, We loved the privacy and quiet location of the condo building. The nearby pond had an alligator, which was fun to watch. The location was convenient to everything on the island. We didn’t have drive more than 15 minutes for any of the best restaurants, shops, marinas, etc. There is also a nice putt-putt and arcade within walking distance. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need if you decide to eat in. The beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

Rundown and dated

Out of the 15-20 years that we've vacationed on HHI, this condo was the most disappointing that we've encountered. Upon arrival, I sent pics to the owner of various broken things we noticed upon our arrival, and to my text (Hate messing with anything nonvacation on vacation, and usually don't mention things to owners, because I just don't want to get into it, but if you haven't been here in a while, there is chipped paint all over the condo, carpet makes our feet dirty, broken tiles in front of the refrigerator, comforter and shams are pretty dirty (but sheets seem ok), and screen is torn.) about the issues I noticed, they simply replied "Yes thanks we’re aware - we’ll let our cleaner know about the shams and comforter" I really felt pretty disappointed that these glaring issues were not news to them, and that they felt this was appropriate for guests. Not sure what was setting my allergies off, but I spent the entire stay on allergy meds. Also, the springs must be completely shot in the main sofa, making it terribly saggy and uncomfortable. The glass tabletop on the dining table is loose, and bangs every time you lean on it. Think the biggest disappointment was the chipped paint on the textured walls everywhere you looked in the condo, and the most frustrating things were the seriously sticking bathroom doors. A lousy condo can really make for a disappointing vacation. On the upside, the bathrooms were fairly nice and the owner was fast to respond.

I'm will be back!

This place was so peaceful. It was close enough to the beach to walk, plenty of parking, and incredibly friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. The property was just as described. It was very easy to find. The playground was just outside the unit as was lagoon.

Fun vacation!

Nice stay with the family. Plenty of room and supplies. The condo stayed cool even though it was quite warm outside. Really appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs!! It would have been a challenge to carry our beach gear all the way to the beach since it is the further back on the property, but we just loaded it in the car and drove to the other parking area. Great memories, beautiful sunrises, cute little crabs, lots of relaxing!!

Great Vacation Getaway

Great place to vacation. The property was very clean and very convenient to lots of amenities and offerings at Hilton Head. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely come back. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Family vacation with 2 under 2

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens provided. The towels were plush and cozy. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking what little bit that we did! The view from the balcony is the lagoon and parking lot but we enjoyed watching some alligators while we drank coffee in the mornings. The walk to the pool and beach was a little far for us since we have two toddlers but it was a very easy and short drive and worked out perfectly. There is no elevator in the building, so we did have to carry all of our belongings up the stairs to the second level. No big deal but we earned our trip to the pool that evening ;) the host was responsive and helpful with a minor inconvenience we had. The condo had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys which was great!! We loved that the pool and beach had such quick, easy access to food and drinks at the little restaurant and bar. Easy lunches! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to be back in the future. :)

Very Enjoyable Vacation

We’ve been coming here for several years and this was the first one staying in this villa. VERY clean lots of space and great communication. We love staying in the tennis villas. Lots of parking and very quiet compared to the beachfront buildings. This was in the perfect location with a 5 minute walk or less to anywhere in the complex. Loved our stay and we hoping to be back next year.

Somewhat misleading

Not at all clean. Trash and dirt everywhere! Even nastiness in the sinks! (Gross!!!) If a short walk is a half mile then I was confused. Only the WiFi instructions told what unit it was, like a riddle. The front desk folks need a vacation! Totally hateful!

Great Stay… as always!!!

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo! It is perfect for our family of 5 :) As always, we enjoyed our stay! We love all that the condo has to offer! In addition, Matt is always quick to reply and is so easy to work with! ☀️Comfortable beds 🏝️Clean condo ☀️Awesome pool 🏝️Short walk to the beach ☀️Dining at the resort 🏝️Lots of kid’s activities ☀️Overall, a FANTASTIC place to stay!
