  • Congratulations! You have come across a Wonderful Condo! This condo has been completely remodeled. Just completely repainted in 2026! Is in an ocean front complex and has ocean views! Comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes w/basket & 2 locks. The condo also offers beach items chair a beach cart, beach radio and cooler1 ! This also Has 2 air conditioners, the unit is VERY NICE and CLEAN!! Has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need! The bedroom has extra closets and storage. The bathroom has been completely re-done and high end! Has new couch & new recliner in 2026! The condo is near the popular Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants! Just bring yourself and some food and everything else is taken care of!! No other condo has so much to offer! This condo has it all. The complex offers a pool, BBQ area, it's own sun lounge deck, swing, outdoor showers, gated and safe, elevator and luggage carts! We offer a minimum of 2 nights stay! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 049532

Comfortable quaint place for 2. Location was great and bikes were a plus. Well decorated, had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

This is one of the best units at this complex. Easy to get to by stairs or elevator. Very quiet. Beautifully decorated.

Booked this place for my husband and I’s one year wedding anniversary and it was perfect for our little weekend staycation!! Loved how it was right on the beach the place was nice and clean and was in close proximity to everywhere we needed to go!! Definitely would rebook again if and when we go back to Hilton Head!!

Great location

Great place to stay right on the beach! Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Nice updates to the unit.Only downside is the sleeper sofa is in need of replacement-very uncomfortable and hard to pull out and retract.

Quaint, cozy and quiet

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The condo was well equipped, very clean and secured. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and it’s not a bad drive over to Savannah. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a couples getaway.

Wonderful villa on the ocean

This was our first time at Hilton Head. This villa made it very enjoyable. We had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. The owner was very accommodating.

February in Hilton Head

The condo is very clean and very well equipped. We loved the location as we enjoy our walks on the beach and you just walk out the walkway and you are there. The owner communicated very well all we needed to know.

This spot has everything!

Great spot for those traveling light or flying. This condo is close to the beach and literally has everything. Just pack your clothes!

Third time staying in Lori and Scott’s condo. They provide an excellent experience. Easy access. Clean and stocked with what you need. Awesome location for beach, island, shopping and dining. Bikes a bonus. Top quality stay!
