Custom Built GORGEOUS 5 Bedroom Sea Pines Home w/ Private Pool + Screen Porch

Welcome to 20 Stoney Creek! This custom-built home was completed in 2018 and is absolutely stunning! It has five bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms and can host a group of up to ten guests. It is located in the Harbourtown area of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island and has golf course view of hole #11 on Heron Point by Pete Dye.

This beautiful home features a private pool with a fun sun shelf and bench seating in the pool!

It is a very easy bike to the beach as well as a very easy walk to shops and restaurants located in the Harbourtown Marina. If you are looking for a home during the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament - you can't beat this location! You can easily walk to all the action of the tournament within minutes.


1st Floor:

The living room has a 75” flat screen TV. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large island with granite, beverage fridge and more. There is a powder room located off the kitchen area. The private laundry room has granite countertops, cabinet space, a washer and dryer + a pantry.

The screened-in porch offers seating plus a flat screen TV mounted above the mantle. There is a table available for dining and a gas grill available just off the screened in porch.

The master bedroom has a king bed, 55” flat screen TV, large-walk in closet and golf view. The private master bath features a no lip walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, granite countertops, and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 42” flat screen TV. The private bathroom features a no lip walk-in shower and granite countertops.

2nd Floor:

The second living area has a 75” flat screen TV and access to the balcony.

Bedroom three has a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and golf view. The bathroom access is just outside the door and has a walk-in shower + granite countertops.

Bedrooms four & five both have one queen bed each and they both have a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

• Distance to Beach: This home is 1.6 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is a very easy bike ride to the beach & bike racks are available at the Beach Club. You can also take the seasonal complimentary beach shuttle (which is available when parking is not permitted at the Beach Club). No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.

• Private Pool with a Sun Shelf + Bench Seating. 14x28 feet with a depth of up to 5 feet. Approx. 7 feet is the sun shelf. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.

Perfect family house

I stay here was wonderful. We loved having a pool to come to after spending the day at the beach loved being on the golf course and love the convenience of renting bikes and having them delivered to the house. Everything was perfect. My only comment is I would look into changing the mattresses, especially in the main bedroom they are quite soft, but that being said we still loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend!

Family Vacation

House was great! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/cooking wear. Good communication with rental company answering questions. Had small issue with the pool and they sent someone out that day to take care of it. The house sleeps more people than beach towels provided. We had 8 people so we had to purchase 2 beach towels. We had a great week and would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Large Home

House is as nice as pictured. Kitchen well stocked, enough to cook multiple meals in as a group of 10. Extra fridge in garage for beverages etc. Beautiful pool with midweek cleaning service of pool and deck area. Beds comfy. Zero bugs in house which for the south in summer was amazing. Location great for bike or walk to harbor town and we got the bike over to the beach club down to 12minutes. A great week!

A perfect vacation...

Staying at 20 Stoney Creek was a wonderful one-week vacation that left us all relaxed and very happy. The home was perfect for our family in every way. Especially nice was the terrific screen porch off the main living area. The six beach chairs were a wonderful "extra", allowing us more room in the car when we left ours at home. Especially noteworthy is Coastal Home and Villas, the management company...They were so outstanding in every way; the communication was exceptional in every way. In the future we will always try to rent a home managed by that company. Highly recommend this lovely property for a perfect vacation.

Amazing House and Location

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this house and its location. We did a siblings Thanksgiving and the house was plenty of space and a perfect kitchen to make our holiday dinner. The location is amazing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Most of the days we didn’t even use our car. And the golf, oh the golf! Incredible being on the 11th hole of such an amazing golf course. We will absolutely rent this place again in the future, it is just that perfect.

Just what we needed!!!

The house is beautiful from top to bottom! The huge screened in porch is where we hung out the most! The pool is great! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable! The house is very close to Harbour Town …. We biked over there a lot to shop, eat and take the grandkids to the playground. We will be returning …. We had a great family vacation!

This house is fabulous, especially if you have younger children that can share a bed as the house does not have twin or bunk beds . The pool and open floor plan is great ! Great kitchen! Biggest program is our family loves the beach and there is no easy and quick assess . No parking and required someone to drive and drop off and pick up ….so the entire family could not go at one time . Trolly is to far to catch and too far to bike …..we didn’t enjoy the location of this years choice .

Would definitely go back to this rental!

We had 3 families - 6 adults and (2) 5 yr olds and (2) 2 1/2 yr olds and the space worked great! If the children were a little older the bedroom situation isn't great because there are no twin beds. We had sisters sleep in the same room with older one in the queen bed and the younger ones in pak and plays. It worked after the first night but not sure it would work to sleep in the same bed when young. The living spaces are great and nice to have a pool.We had an incident with the pool on the weekend so could not use the pool until pool service on Mon but they were there first thing in the morning. Would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect Stay…

20 Stoney Creek does not disappoint. This property is well appointed with high end finishes and furnishings throughout. Great location that’s a 5 minute walk to Harbortown. Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time lounging by the pool by day, and family dinners on the great outdoor deck overlooking the golf course at night. The property managers were easily accessible and quick to answer (literally minutes) with any questions that we had. A seamless process all the way through. If your looking for a beautiful home, great pool and Harbortown location then this is the perfect place. We will be booking here for all future HHI vacations.

Perfect for family time

Spent a great week with our son, daughter in law and grand daughter at this beautiful property. Cannot wait to return with the rest of our family……….close to so many fun things, biking, beach and pickleball

Amazing Vacation

Overall great for family get togethers

Overall the home was wonderful & was exactly as described. It was laid out well for our family of 6 adults & 2 teenagers. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch. We also loved sitting on the screened porch in the evening listening to the rain. The house had all kitchen utensils that we needed & was a wonderful hang out place. This is minor, but I wish they had a Keurig coffee maker instead of a regular, drip coffee maker. Sometimes I was the only person who wanted a single cup of coffee in the evening-- so not having a Keurig was inconvenient. Also, I was told by the Management Co that the fire pit was propane. We were surprised when we arrived to find out it actually was a wood burning pit. Plus, there was even a small bundle of wood nearby & fire starter logs in the garage. Suggestion: some Adirondack chairs around the fire pit would be a nice "comfort touch". Currently, there are no chairs around the fire pit. If you want chairs, we had to bring down the 4 [very faded] cloth folding chairs that were inside the screened patio. The next door neighbors had an awesome fire pit set up with Adirondack chairs surrounding the pit. It wasn't anything that ruined our trip, but it would be nice touch to include in such an expensive, beautiful home. My 88 yr old mother who uses a walker found the 1st floor set up great for her. The bed was a little high for an elderly person to get on, but that was her only negative comment. She loved that she had her own full bathroom with walk in shower. It was an overall great set up for an elderly person. Upstate, I loved our comfy mattress & beautiful duvet. I'm very short [5' 2"] and I had a little trouble getting up on the bed each night. But thats nothing against this place - - higher mattresses seem to be the norm these days. Our first night we had trouble with the main room TV- - it wasn't logged in as the instructions stated. It was quickly fixed by 1 text to the after hours telephone number given. A very nice young man came over within the hour and logged the account back in. Problem solved. Our We made arrangements for Brie's Boards to drop off charcuterie boards for our 1st evening there. I highly recommend contacting Brie's Boards [FB] and making arrangements for her to drop off food! What an amazing spread she created! We spent wonderful family time together in this beautiful house.

Wonderful house

This house was EXACTLY as advertised - spacious, wonderfully appointed, comfortable. It was so nice it made us really want to take care of it while we were there. We loved it!
