  • Please note: Price per night on the calendar includes all fees such as VRBO fees, cleaning, car pass, etc. Welcome to our condo. We know you will love HHBT as much as we do! Our unit is located on the top floor of Building C within the Y of the building. It provides a straight view of the ocean while you enjoy your morning coffee or cocktails from the balcony. It is an end unit with neighbors only on one side and is the closest condo to the elevator. This one-bedroom unit is perfect for couples and/or small families and has bunks in the hallway for kids next to the bedroom. HHBT has all the amenities you could ask for while vacationing.
    Our bedroom has a queen mattress with a 32" TV. The living area and kitchen combo is equipped with a butcher block island for eating as well as extra space for cooking and holding items for easy access. A second TV, a 50", is located in the living area. The bathroom includes a bath/shower unit for adults to relax and convenience of bathing kids. The kids love the light up shower head handle. As an added feature, we provided a fireplace with electric heat for cooler spring and fall nights, if needed. The flame without heat can also be used to provide soft ambiance. Ceiling fans are located on the balcony, living area, and in the bedroom.

Tena is a fantastic host. She was very communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and the resort was really nice. The on-site restaurants were reasonably priced and quite good! Pool was packed but it was the Fourth of July weekend so that was understandable and expected.

Back in Hilton Had

My family and I returned to Hilton head this week after a few years visiting other beaches. This stay was excellent just like our past stays in this condo. We enjoyed the ocean view and convenience to restaurants and shopping.

One of the nicest

This was one of the nicest 1 bedroom condos we have ever stayed in at HHIB&T and we have been coming since 2004. I loved the room and all the extra little touches.

Perfect for our family!

We had a fantastic vacation in HHI this past week! The unit was perfect for our family...it was clean, the decor is great, and owners were very responsive and gave a ton of great information. Definitely recommend!

Loved the property and the owner could not have been any nicer! She kept me updated on what activities were available, a very detailed email with directions and instructions for my stay, and offered assistance for a minor issue (elevator was being repaired). We will definitely be back.

Our stay at this Hilton Head condo was wonderful! It was the perfect size for us as a couple and would also be a great fit for a couple with two small children.The condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with a relaxing coastal theme. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which made dining in easy and enjoyable. One of my favorite parts of our stay was eating breakfast and a few other meals on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. The ceiling fan on the balcony kept the space comfortable, even on warm days.The location was excellent! The beach was just a short walk away, and we also appreciated being within walking distance of the fitness center, pickleball courts, swimming pool, and on-site restaurants. After a day in the sun, the cool air conditioning and refreshing shower were much appreciated. My husband especially enjoyed the fun surprise of the color-changing light-up shower head!Our host was outstanding! Communication was prompt, and the detailed check-in instructions made our arrival seamless and stress-free. Everyone we encountered at the resort was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this condo again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Hilton Head!

The cutest beach vacation spot

This condo was so adorable and absolutely perfect for the week my husband and I stayed in Hilton Head. The condo had everything we needed - including items to use for the beach that is at the resort. Tena has had great communication since the moment we booked the condo. We highly recommend booking this place for your Hilton Head vacation.
