This ground-floor condo is the perfect place to set as a home base as you are out and about exploring the area and taking advantage of all the amenities! Relax outside with an outdoor dining space for the whole family. Take your vacation inside and catch up on your favorite tv shows. The condo comfortably sleeps five but can sleep up to seven with the provided sofa bed. You'll also enjoy the full kitchen and free WiFi.

Queens Grant is nestled on the Robert Trent Jones course in Palmetto Dunes and is only an approximate ten-minute walk to the beach. This complex offers five private complex pools and is right around the corner from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the General Store. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - golfing, fishing, and miles of bike paths.

This was our second stay in this particular unit (unit 666) and it is just right for our needs. Spacious, clean, and comfy. Our party included an elderly family member with mobility issues and the handheld shower head was a huge plus! We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great villa that was very clean. Our major issue was that we did not have TV or internet for the first 48 hours of our stay and the Vacasa management was not helpful in the process. I had to make numerous phone calls to get it fixed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton head Island. However, this was our first time to the island and we would have really appreciated more information about the Island and about Palmetto Dunes. We needed to know where the pools in our complex were located, we needed to know where our beach access was, we needed information about how to rent bicycles, and umbrellas at the beach, and information about restaurants in the area would’ve been very helpful. Vacasa gave us a phone number for a bike rental place that was a 20 minute drive from our condo. The bike rental place would have delivered our bikes but not until sometime Monday afternoon. We arrived Friday. Vacasa did not tell us that there was a bike rental place a half a mile down the road from us that we could walk to and ride our bikes back. We found this information out on our own by talking to very nice people at the General Store. (The fact that there was a General Store with a plethora of “beach” necessities, food and a yummy breakfast and lunch menu would have also been helpful!). We didn’t even get the code to the bathrooms at our community pool. So we had to go back to our condo if we needed to use the bathroom. Had we had small children with us, this would’ve been very very difficult. Vacasa or the owner should be providing all rentals with a welcome packet that gives this very basic information.

Property is nice especially for allowing pets. Nice back porch area. Plenty of space for the family. Paths for walking and riding bikes. Great location. Quick drive to most of the beaches and restaurants. A couple of small complaints would be the lighting at the location at night isn’t great for walking your dog and I wasn’t pleased with the lock at the sliding door being a wooden stick keeping the door from opening.

I can’t say enough great things about this villa! It was super clean, towels fresh, VERY comfortable beds, clean appliances, kitchen supplies were fantastic and the experience was wonderful! We enjoyed the back porch with a nice umbrella and the pool is so close. An easy bike ride or drive to the beach and General Store. We hope to go back next summer.

The unit we stayed in was spacious and the furnishings were perfect, from the kitchen to the bedroom and family area. The furniture was in perfect condition and very comfortable. My wife absolutely loved the place, we usually stay in the Moorings but Queens Grant was a very pleasant place to stay.

We really enjoyed the home. Not a bad walk to the beach, just make sure you take a beach buggy to lug your chairs etc.. there are none at this house. To be fair there really is nowhere to store them there. Kitchen is basically equipped with both a keurig and a drip coffee maker. We could not find a corkscrew, fortunately for us we had one with us. We also took our own hairdryer and beach towels, good thing Vacasa dont seem to provide either. Overall nice unit.

A map of the condo group would have been helpful. We didn’t see the pool that was available. Additionally restaurant and shopping recommendations would be beneficial. We relied on the internet but feel we may have missed some good suggestions

We are super fans of Queens Grant and have stayed in the neighborhood four times in the past year. The location is amazing - you can walk to the beach, the general store (if you have kids this is KEY) and several restaurants. The unit was super clean, well appointed and a perfect place for a family of 4.

Very very clean. The only issue we had is that we were not aware of contractors working on the outside deck. The deck was being refurbished and we were not aware of the contractors showing up very early the next morning. We were also not aware of the fact it was under construction. Would have been nice to have known that as we were awake very early. Also, parking was a challenge because of the construction taking place along with it being VERY busy.

We were very pleased with the unit. The neighborhood we stayed in was super walkable, bike friendly and close to a Kroger. The floors were a nicer vinyl so I wasn’t worried about our dogs messing up any of the flooring, and the complex was incredibly dog friendly. The condo is a decent walk to the beach but a very quick drive. We also used the grill which was nice and they had propane ready to go. It was very, very clean!! Oh and you got parking passes and you were able to drive through other parts of the gated community. Only small (very small) drawbacks were the amenities. The pool wasn’t that great, it was small and not very nice, we went to a nearby resort instead, not the renters fault, just highlighting if you’re a big pool person. They didn’t have beach towels, a blow dryer, the bed wasn’t super comfy nor the pillows and no first aid kit. All small tweaks. We still HIGHLY recommend staying at this unit.

Good: Location excellent. Home clean and spacious. Everything needed was supplied. Bad: TV service not good. Leave instructions on how to access live TV, etc. Master Bedroom mattress might need to be replaced. Not nearly enough toilet tissue. No communication from property manager. Calls not answered or returned.

Worst get away ever. Home has dirty filters, dusty floors, broken patio door held closed with a large stick. No instructions regarding navigation of the complex when walking our dog. There is no 10 minute walk to the beach. A phrase taken from a google review "the common folk" are not wanted on HHI.

We enjoyed our stay. The back patio is great, and the location is good, plus it's the best value in Palmetto. It is not fancy, but fit our needs perfectly and is pet friendly. Only complaint we have is the couches are a little "tired" in the living room, but we spent most of our time on the beach. :-) We will rent again! Thanks!
