Welcome to 13 Beachside Drive, where comfort meets convenience on Hilton Head Island! This Sea Pines Hilton Head home is located just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and South Beach Marina, with access to a community pool.

This elevated home has an open floor plan that’s perfect for vacationing with family or friends. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. The dining area has seating for 6 + 2 additional chairs, and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The spacious living room with a smart flat-screen TV provides a great space for gathering. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** A set of sliding glass doors leads to a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and access to the deck with a gas grill. If you take the steps down from the back porch, you’ll have a direct path down to the beach.

Two guest bedrooms and bathrooms are also on the first floor. The first has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the deck area. This room also has a private bathroom with double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom and the fourth bedroom are on the second floor. The spacious primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony with a slight ocean view. This room also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass; please specify the number of security gate passes needed at the time of booking. Car passes are $17 per car per week.

Parking: There is parking under the home and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
