Discover a completely updated gem at Seascape 3007, where every detail has been thoughtfully remodeled, including a brand-new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and fresh flooring and furnishings throughout.

This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is just minutes from the beach and mere steps from the saltwater pool. On the main level, the spacious living and dining areas are furnished with all-new pieces (2019), and sliding glass doors open to a large deck overlooking the lush courtyard and pool area.

Upstairs, you'll find two guest bedrooms sharing a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom features a twin and full-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed.

The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a king-size bed and a private, completely remodeled bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Relax on your large private balcony and enjoy peaceful mornings with views of the pool.

Seascape Villas offers a serene, sub-tropical ambiance with two swimming pools, scenic walking trails, and picturesque lagoons connected by charming bridges.

Filthy. Not maintained. Understocked.

The saving grace of this place was the management group that responded quickly when we had problems. When we checked in, the condo was disgusting. Sand and dirt everywhere, dead bugs, used bandaids on the floor, disgusting couch. They quickly sent another person to clean but I asked them to vacuum to ensure the dirt was picked up and not just moved around... They did not vacuum. You cannot walk around this place without shoes or your feet with be black. Truly living in filth. Other annoying things: The kitchen was understocked for a family of 6. There is a sign that says to clean the grill after each use but no tools to clean it. The starter on the grill doesn't work and there is not a lighter in the unit. We had to unload the dishwasher when we arrived. The couch cushions were all over the place. The keypad on the door operates on batteries that should be changed regularly; they weren't changed and we were locked out at 9:30pm. Someone's water bottle full of cigarette butts were left on the back porch. They need to get a handyman in here to fix a variety of things. Yuck.

Great location

This property was in a great location near Coligny Beach and shops. Close bicycle rental. Very clean. We had a few technical issues, but otherwise a nice stay.

South Forest Beach Condo

This condo is located on its own little resort with beautiful trees and foliage. Two friends and I stayed here for a wedding for 2 nights. We were very pleased with the condo, it is exactly as described and was very clean. There is ample living space for multiple adults and two full bathrooms. The dining area opens to a patio, and the pool is right outside. The master suite is the top floor, complete with king bed, full bathroom, and private patio. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Payment and checking in were both very easy to do. Parking can be problematic; the lot is small so probably better off with fewer cars. Regardless, you MUST get a parking pass when you check in, they WILL tow you (fair warning 😎). There are all the creature comforts of home - fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, modern decorations, and tvs in every room. The digital lock means no worrying about losing keys, which was nice in case any of us got separated. Although we came to Hilton head for a wedding and spent most of our time at various events, we greatly enjoyed staying right in the condo. We even joked about leaving the reception early just to get back to it. Highly recommend this condo, I will be booking again sometime in the near future!

Easter Weekend stay

Seemed like a nice clean unit when we arrived but then found a roach on my bed and on the floor in my room…still alive…really freaked me out so won’t be renting this place again.

Amazing location!!

Loved the location. Within walking distance of public beach access, Coligny park and shops. The only negatives were the beds were extremely firm and cleanliness of the floors. We all woke up in discomfort and did not get good rest. The floor of the house was very dirty. We took off our shoes as soon as we arrived as not to track in dirt and our feet became filthy. After we got back from dinner, our smoke detectors were chirping. There is only an emergency maintenance number so I called. I was told to take out the batteries but they detectors kept chirping. I bought batteries. When I checked out, I presented my receipt and described the situation. They had no problem reimbursing me. We are already looking at our dates for spring break next year to book this place again!!

Our Review

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location of the property was great! However I am rating a 4 star because we were surprised with the stair situation… If you have little ones this is not an ideal situation! I have a 2 year old granddaughter who did fall down the stairs and it was a nightmare! Other than that the only other complaint is there is no bathroom on the first floor.

Great location

The location of this property was great. It was a short walk to the beach, close to coligny, and many other must/do places. We had a few issues with broken doors in the bathrooms, but the staff was amazing and maintenance was out immediately to get these fixed right away.

Not a nice stay

It was very disappointing! The dishwasher didn’t work and the office said they would send someone, who never appeared! The grounds are in terrible shape with prickly seed pods everywhere, black mold on the structures! No beach towels or other material! A rotten branch fell off and put a fairly large dent in the hood of my car! When I went to talk to the manager he could have cared less and said not their problem! The pool is nice and the beds are great! All in all it was very austere!

Not clean at all

We have stayed at seascape villas before and we did liked it. We decided to get a bigger unit this time and we were so very disappointed. It was not clean. There were green m&m’s in the corners of the rooms, the light bulbs were burnt out in the one bathroom and the upstairs hall. The sheets on the beds did not seem clean and the one bed actually had sand in it. The bathroom showers were dirty and disgusting. The glass doors were so dirty. We are usually not picky but we will not be renting here again.

Conveniently located and comfortable

We have stayed in this complex before, and have loved it! It’s not crowded and it’s also very close and easy to get to the beach! The pool is right outside and our kids loved going in the evenings when other guests left to go get dinner. ( gotta love introverts on vacation) The kitchen is like new, and very nice to cook in. We make nice big breakfasts each day and it was wonderful! Plenty of pans, a nice coffee maker with coffee filters provided. However it would have been nice to know what was provided in the rental. You would need to bring all the essentials if you want to cook( oil, salt & pepper, seasonings, soap for dish washer, extra trash bags, etc) There were not very many cups or mugs left in the unit. Since it was just my husband and I drinking coffee, it worked out fine. And the kids mostly grabbed bottled waters, so it wasn’t an issue. The place was fairly clean when we arrived. I deep clean homes as a side gig and of course found a few things that could have been done better, but all in all it was pretty clean! And most importantly it smelled clean( which was not the case in other beach condos we’ve stayed it!) There were no beach items provided, so you’ll have to bring all that with you. This didn’t bother us as we usually only bring a towel anyhow! Our time is spent mostly in the water boogie boarding. But if you like having an umbrella and chairs or sand toys for your children, make sure to pack it all! We loved taking our rented bikes( available many places around the condo) and not driving anywhere once arriving! It was so pleasant to ride to dinner each evening, and also “The Ice Cream Cone”(our favorite place, with 60+ flavors) We loved staying here, and would definitely choose to stay at this condo again!

Freezing cold and cockroaches

There was essentially no heat on the main floor. It was so cold we had to wear coats until we were able to buy a space heater. On the first morning my daughter woke up to see a cockroach on her pillow. We saw another in the bathroom. When the management came to check on the heat he arrived promptly but told us there was nothing he could do about the heat because the units lack insulation and are really designed for summer visits. There was no information about how to access the WiFi. The unit had nice new furniture but still seemed run down. Check out time was 10 but housekeeping and pest control came by trying to come in at 9.

Fantastic location

Perfect location for families with kids of all ages. We had 4 teens 16-18 with us. It’s a few steps off the deck to the pool, a minute walk to the ocean with a restroom and foot washing station right off the beach, and a short bike to Coligny - great shopping, food and entertainment. We had friends who rented a week in the same complex and we had plenty of room to host dinners and entertain 7 teens in the 2 groups with games and tv at night. It is 3 stories, but that served us well sleeping upstairs and away from the kitchen/den area, and there is a great balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. We will definitely be back.

Worked very well for us

There were five adults... my wife, myself two daughters and son-in-law. 3 bedrooms worked very well. Nice location to the beach. Roomy for lounging and dining. Pool was nice enough. About the only issue for us is the limited parking.
