  • El diseño moderno y ultra contemporáneo combina con un ambiente inspirado en la isla, tanto dentro como fuera, en esta belleza única de North Forest Beach. Una casa modelo de Ikea equipada con todos los accesorios, muebles y ropa de cama de Ikea es una imagen de espejo de su vecina, 3 Heron. Juntas, estas casas son perfectas para una escapada familiar múltiple o un destino de grupo. Conectar las dos casas es un espacio al aire libre como ningún otro. Cada uno tiene una piscina y un jacuzzi que van desde debajo del sol hasta la sombra de debajo de la casa. En el centro de todo hay un largo pozo de fuego con asientos aerodinámicos y llamativos a ambos lados, y un césped cubierto de hierba perfectamente equipado para el agujero de maíz. Además, tanto la playa como la popular zona de Coligny están a poca distancia a pie del flip-flop.

Family Celebration

Our stay was perfect. The house was a great layout for a multi family vacation. The walk to the beach was easy and we enjoyed easy access to shops and restaurants. Loved it!!

Great beach house for family getaway!

This was a wonderful beach house for staying with our family in Hilton head (4 adult couples, 1 child). We all enjoyed having our own bathrooms and queen/king beds for all the adults, and having 2 living spaces was a great layout for people wanting to stay up late/be up early without disturbing anyone else. It was a great location with a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The property managers were great to communicate and work with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Family vacation

Great house, well suited to multigenerational family vacation. Large rooms with bathrooms on suite/ one bathtub for small children/ great outdoor spaces with shaded pools. Well equipped kitchen/ lots of eating space. Loved it! Will return. Important note- while walk to beach is a few blocks it’s shaded, flat, and easy for kids to manage - beach access good.

La casa

Muy linda la casa. En el tercer piso hacia mucho calor. No había mucha privacidad en la piscina. Los vecinos fumaban y se olia mucho desde nuestra piscina. El jacuzzi no queria servir pero despues de dos dias ya servia mejor.

Great property for large group

This was our second annual visit to this property. We had 15 people between the two homes and it was awesome. The house had a few maintenance issues - burned out light bulbs, a broken sprinkler pipe that created a big puddle in the courtyard and the electrical outlets built into the kitchen island countertop are pretty much impossible to get open at this point. Small issues compared to the overall property value.

Spring Break with kids

We rented this house with friends and had a great time. The property managers were very helpful and accommodating. The walk to the beach is shorter than it looks on a map and the street is very quiet. We opted to have the pool heated because temps were in the 50's at night and 70's during the day. The water stayed at a perfect 88 degrees. The house was very clean but could use a coat of paint everywhere inside. You can tell it has been well used but everything worked well and was in good shape. Would stay here again for sure.

Great property with plenty of space. Love the neighborhood and close access to beach, biking trails and shops. 5th bedroom beds were a little tight for my 6’ and 6’3” teens but they managed! Love having the extra living space on second floor for the night owls. Plenty of items to cook all your meals.

PERFECT LOCATION!

Loved our week long visit in Hilton Head. The house is located perfectly: close to shops & restaurants, quick walk to the beach, yet it’s quiet & beautiful! The beach is beautiful at the end of the street (no big hotels nearby) so beach isn’t crowded. House was great as well as the outdoor hangout areas. We did need some kitchen items (pot holders & Tupperware - there were none - hard to cook dinner without pot holders) & blankets for the beds but otherwise it was fully stocked. Checkin process was simple & communication was great.

Beautiful house and great location!

The home felt very clean and new. It has two living spaces that are great especially if you have kids with you. Pool and spa worked great. We have a wonderful vacation experience there.
