The unit is accessed from front door; guests will receive a key code fore easy self check-in. Guests have access to the backyard and outdoor areas.

Beach Family Fun! For our water sport enthusiasts, our home comes equipped with boogie boards and snorkel gear, in both adult and kids sizes!

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Pets must be approved prior to reservations. For more pet deposit and rate information, please contact us directly. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

The televisions are operated via Roku; kindly log in with your personal account details.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Due to Hawaii`s warm, tropical climate, it`s not uncommon to occasionally encounter small critters, even indoors. We take great care to manage this by regularly cleaning and treating the property, but the natural environment can sometimes invite these little visitors inside. As a friendly reminder, we do have a regular pest company servicing our home.

Additionally, please be aware that the local frogs can be quite vocal at night, which may keep you up if you`re not used to the sounds of nature.

No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors.
No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Near hilo town. House is sooo spacious. Clean and well maintained. Property manager responded within a day to my concerns and questions. Very happy
