"Great staff!"

"The manager quickly replaced the old electric heater in the room with a new electric heater which was a great improvement."

"Location"

"Nice property Need to have enough towels and facecloths in the room."

"Useful to have a launderette on site as we're in the middle of a 3 week holiday and needed clean clothes!"

"The staff was helpful and pleasant but should be trained not to say the guest's room number out loud - especially for women traveling alone. Rooms were bare minimum. Safety latch broken on first room given. Bed was comfortable."

"We had a good stay at the Quality Inn in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The suites and halls were clean and the breakfast was good. Since the weather was cooler, the fan in our room kept turning on and off and was quite loud. I managed to sleep fine and so did my son, but I could see that it would be a problem if someone was a light sleeper or bothered by that kind of noise. The other downside was the location where it was easy to get to other amenities by car, there wasn't very much that was walk-able...

"The property is very old and the rooms look like they're still in the 1970s. However, if you want a less expensive place to stay in Baddeck, since you're only spending time in your room at night, then this is the place for you. Although breakfast is included we did go elsewhere one of the two mornings for a more substantial meal."

"Its was good experience"
