Η Orama Luxury Villa είναι μια πολυτελής κατοικία 330 τ.μ. με 4 υπνοδωμάτια, που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 8 άτομα. Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Πισκοπιανό, μακριά από τη φασαρία αλλά με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα κοντινά δημοφιλή θέρετρα. Πρόκειται για ένα μικρό, ήσυχο χωριό ανάμεσα στην Παλιά Χερσόνησο και το Κουτουλουφάρι, με παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, καφέ, μπαρ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το κέντρο της γνωστής Χερσονήσου απέχει μόλις 800 μ., προσφέροντας μικρές παραλίες και μεγάλη ποικιλία από καφέ, μπαρ, εστιατόρια, δεκάδες καταστήματα, σούπερ μάρκετ και νυχτερινή ζωή για κάθε γούστο.
Οι πανοραμικές θέες στο λιμάνι της Χερσονήσου, στη θάλασσα και στους λόφους του Κουτουλουφάρι και του Πισκοπιανού θα σας μείνουν αξέχαστες.
Εσωτερικοί χώροι (φιλικοί σε αμαξίδιο)
Η μινιμαλιστική, πολυτελής διακόσμηση εκτείνεται σε τρεις ορόφους, με ανελκυστήρα που εξυπηρετεί όλα τα επίπεδα. Το γυμναστήριο, η σάουνα, το Wi‑Fi και οι smart TV σε όλα τα δωμάτια είναι μερικές από τις παροχές που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε.

Η κύρια είσοδος οδηγεί στο ισόγειο, όπου υπάρχει ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας/κουζίνας και ένα δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, όλα προσβάσιμα για χρήστες αναπηρικού αμαξιδίου, με ατομικό κλιματισμό/θέρμανση, smart TV και άνετα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια μπορούν να μετατραπούν σε διπλό με ανώστρωμα. Η άνετη καθιστική/τραπεζαρία διαθέτει μοντέρνο γωνιακό καναπέ, τραπεζάκι, έπιπλα υψηλής ποιότητας, τζάκι, smart TV και τραπεζαρία με 8 καρέκλες. Η σύγχρονη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα έχει μπάρα με 4 καρέκλες, ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, πλυντήριο πιάτων, ηλεκτρική εστία, φούρνο, εντοιχισμένο φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, μηχανή εσπρέσο/φίλτρου, φρυγανιέρα, βραστήρα και αποχυμωτή.

Η σκάλα ή ο ανελκυστήρας οδηγούν στον πρώτο όροφο με τη master κρεβατοκάμαρα (κρεβάτι king size) και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα ακόμη δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο, όλα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Κάθε δωμάτιο έχει ατομικό κλιματισμό/θέρμανση, smart TV και άνετα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Τα μονά κρεβάτια μπορούν να ενωθούν με ανώστρωμα. Στον διάδρομο υπάρχει ψυγείο για τα ροφήματά σας.

Από το ισόγειο, ο ανελκυστήρας ή η σκάλα οδηγούν στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο, που αποτελεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα της βίλας. Εδώ θα βρείτε μια σουηδική σάουνα για 4 άτομα. Μπορείτε να συνεχίσετε το πρόγραμμα γυμναστικής σας στο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο ιδιωτικό γυμναστήριο. Υπάρχει επίσης δωμάτιο με ντους και W C και πλυντήριο ρούχων, ενώ ένας χώρος καθιστικού προσφέρεται για χαλάρωση ή video games στη smart TV.

Εξωτερικοί χώροι (φιλικοί σε αμαξίδιο)
Στο ισόγειο, μεγάλες μπαλκονόπορτες ανοίγουν σε μια ευρύχωρη βεράντα με μεγάλο τραπέζι τραπεζαρίας (8 καρέκλες), άνετο σαλόνι και μπάρμπεκιου. Από εκεί απολαμβάνετε θέα στον όμορφο απομονωμένο κήπο με την μεγάλη πισίνα υπερχείλισης (126 τ.μ.), τη ξεχωριστή παιδική πισίνα, το Αιγαίο και το λιμάνι της Χερσονήσου. Λίγα σκαλιά και μια ράμπα οδηγούν στο γκαζόν και την πισίνα, όπου θα βρείτε ξαπλώστρες, μικρά τραπεζάκια και ομπρέλες. Η είσοδος στην ιδιοκτησία γίνεται μέσω ηλεκτρικών πυλών και υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης. Οι επισκέπτες απολαμβάνουν πλήρη πρόσβαση σε όλους τους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Luxurious villa in a tranquil setting

So many good things to say about Villa Orama. Clean, modern and nicely furnished. The pool is massive and the outside lounge area was perfect. Lots of seating options. Very close to the villages of Piskopiano and Koutoulafari, easily within walking distance. Local shop 2 minutes walk away. The gym was an added bonus. Our host Elena was so helpful and friendly. Sad to leave!

Perfection

Thank you Eleni and your team for a fantastic stay at Villa Orama. It was perfect from start to finish. We have stayed in many villas over the years and yours was the best by far. Everything we needed was on hand, from the massive food, beer and wine parcel that was there when we arrived, the extra beers your son got on the first evening, the freshly baked treats you brought during the week, to the leaving gifts on our last day I don’t think we have ever been looked after so well. The Villa is even better than the pictures show and we loved all the extra touches such as bathrobes and slippers, vanity kits, hand and body lotions etc etc. The Villa is in the perfect spot, within easy walking distance to all the lovely bars and restaurants in the local villages. Thank you again, we had the best holiday ever, Paul & Tracey xx

A truly luxurious villa

Eleni has spared no expense in equipping the Villa Orama......we even had mongrammed linen and towels! The villa is everything, and more, as described on the website. The party consisted of myself, my husband, our daughter, husband and their 2 children (9 and 7) and our adult niece. We holiday together every year and have varied experiences with regard to villas but we all agreed that this villa was one of the best we have stayed in. It is roomy (apart from the kitchen area, which didn't matter as we only bbq'd) and very comfortably, and stylishly, decorated. The large terrace is ideal for relaxing and eating whilst the large pool and terrace was perfect for reading and playing. The villa is literally 2 mins walk from the nearest supermarket and 5/10 minutes walk from others and many excellent restaurants. We were spoilt for choice and have resolved that we will now only stay at places where we can walk to eat and shop. The area is quiet and the local people so friendly. Crete is beautiful and largely unspoilt and we enjoyed exploring the area. We loved our stay and were so pleased that given what else has gone on in the world Greece did not get on the quarantine list and we actually got there. Somewhere to definitely visit again.

Amazing place to stay!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed and the property was amazing, even better than the pictures make out. The place was spotless and there was absolutely nothing to fault with everything we needed plus more. We chose this villa as it was fully enclosed for our four year old and contacted the owners to ask about this before we booked - it was perfect for him and he loved every minute of it! The location couldn’t be any better, walking distance to the beach but far enough away to have a bit of privacy. Shops and restaurants within a minute walk also made it ideal. The view from the garden is breathtaking and with the mountains as the backdrop, you can’t ask for much more. If you are thinking of booking a villa then I couldn’t recommend this place enough, not one negative and 10 days of pure bliss making memories with my young family.

Amazing holiday!

I have to say after never staying in a villa before we were a bit sceptical about it,especially with 3 children,however we did not need to be. Villa Orama is pure perfection. The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. There is a small town with some lovely tavernas and a handful of shops close by but the main town is only a ten minute walk away, which was great as we did not want to hire a car or venture far. I would 100% recommend this villa and have no doubt one day we will be returning. Thank you Eleni and Stelios
