The house is in a quiet location and features an underground parking garage (maximum height 2 m) and a bicycle storage room. The basement has a washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
The 40-km-long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 100 m away. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find small shops and cafes perfect for strolling and relaxing.

The comfort and amenities of this bright and welcoming vacation apartment (completely renovated in early 2024), complete with a balcony, invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
It is located on the first floor of the villa and features a modern living room, a fully equipped modern kitchenette with an induction cooktop, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, oven, dishwasher, as well as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room to accommodate a third and fourth person.

Parking space no. 13 is reserved for your car in the building’s underground garage (2 m high).
In addition, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach from approximately May through September (weather permitting).
A bike and laundry room (coin-operated) is available.
