It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with comfortable seating and integrated fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and a dining area. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment also has a furnished south-facing balcony. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device).
